Everything was good. We stayed 16 days at this hotel and everything was great. Both the staff were kind and friendly, and the location was good. Breakfast was nice and varied every day – can definitely be recommended

Room floor could have been more cleaner, the house keeping didn't do a good job as you can see some stuff on the carpet.

Really nice hotel, not far from main centre. Within 5 to 10 mins drive. Manager messaged me in the morning about my whereabouts and to see if they can accommodate me any other way. When I came in, check in was seamless and upgraded me to a suite. Everything was great.

When having a shower the water would build up below and run out onto the bathroom floor. No balcony view. When having dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening, had to wait a very long time to be seen too as there were no staff then the manager came to take orders. Very long winded to order food in the evening.

Good Location, nice big hotel. It was clean and well maintained. Nice swimming pool outdoors. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Helped with booking our tours and excursions. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food for morning breakfast.

Music around the pool area was a little loud when we wanted just to relax.

The food was not so bad at the breakfast but it's better when I can find a normal breakfast like cheese with bread something like that a special Arabic meal it will be so nice to test it

The man at the reception was very cooperative and very kindly carried the bags to the room and the room was as described a room with a wonderful view you can see everything in front of you it has a double bed and the sheets were very clean and the room is arranged in a distinctive way they even put you hospitality with a bottle of water and the breakfast was kind of good but the quality of the food is a little different from what I expected but despite that my stay in the hotel was comfortable and I was happy in the end thank you very much

Everything, literally exceptional.. The location is close to everything (2JDs max with Careem - a local equivilant to Uber).. The first hotel I've ever seen with multi-cusine breakfast! cleanliness is outstanding.. try it and you'll never regret

The staff is very nice and helpful. Room service is excellent, especially the young man Mahmoud, who is very kind and helpful. The room is clean and the view is beautiful. The swimming pool is also a plus. The location of the hotel is excellent. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was on the outskirts of Amman but very easy to reach from the motorway coming from the airport. There is parking next to the hotel which was in a quiet neighborhood but we used uber to go to the centre of town as driving in Amman seems very challenging. The room was very quiet, clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was in buffet style and had lots of choice. We would book here again if in Amman.

The room was quite spacious with good bedding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to park in the hotel's parking area throughout our stay. The hotel's location was great. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

They only provided 1 mug although we were 2 people, but they provided it once we called. The shower head broke after trying to simply tilt it

The staff were really nice and professional, the room smelled nice upon arrival, AC was already on which was a nice touch! The view of the windows was nice leading straight to the pool and trees.
