We came during Ramadan and as a result ate exclusively in the hotel. There were two restaurant choices but due to Ramadan one was for Iftar buffet only without alcohol. So if travelling think/check if any restrictions due to religious holidays.

The rooms were very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Security seemed higher than elsewhere perhaps reflecting current regional tensions - saw the same thing at another resort so not that this hotel was over reacting. We chose the package with breakfast and evening happy hours with snacks - this latter item was great value and sometimes all we had at night !

Lighting in the room was not always sufficient. Also placement of plug points, especially around the sole mirror in the room could be better. There was one plug point near the mirror in the room but there was an oblong shaped glass table in front of the mirror making it impossible to use a hair straightener. Could be better thought through.

the reception staff , the staff at the security belt were so arrogant and the room toilets are really really bad ( a renovation is required at least for the toilets)

The staff who works at the lobby lounge area, they were extremely friendly , kind and caring ( i was very sick they took care of me and because of their kindness i was spending the whole afternoon and night at the coffee shop ) very professional staff . Also the staff at the Italian restaurant they were amazing ( the bar tender the Romanian or Ukrainian girl is one of a kind ) the food was another level i had 3 days in a row Italian food.

While my experience at Grand Hyatt Amman was generally positive, some challenges included issues with room temperature control that required technical assistance during both of my booked stays. The pricing for restaurant and laundry services was notably high, and the inconvenience of not being able to charge these services to the room added to the drawbacks. A suggestion for improvement is to implement deposit procedures during check-in to alleviate the burden of immediate payments for every service.

I found Grand Hyatt Amman to be a delightful experience, thanks to its enjoyable breakfast, unfailingly polite and helpful staff, and the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping team. The central location further enhanced the overall pleasantness of my stay. The presence of a coffee cart at the hotel, offering Arabic coffee and dates throughout the day, added a charming touch. The individual managing the coffee service consistently displayed a kind and pleasant demeanor. Additionally, the complimentary club lounge access provided during check-in, along with the delightful happy hour, contributed significantly to the positive aspects of my stay.

There is no specific things I didn’t like it was brilliant as location and five star hotel. If they can put more restaurant inside would be brilliant as it’s no near restaurants outside.

The hotel is big and the gym and Aqua section was a brilliant sauna steam room, swimming pool, the stuff are very friendly from the reception to the service of the room and the Hotel members. The only downside maybe I can find is the price even if it’s not including breakfast thank you

Food menu a bit limited if you are staying for a while.

I always stay here for work. Nice staff, good facilities, like the gym and pool. Good central location if you are doing meetings in different areas. The club room is very handy.

It was quite noisy with the road. There was a bright nightlight in our room that we couldn’t switch off.

We liked the spa area. The happy hour and bars. Very friendly staff. We had the breakfast one morning which was great, albeit there are much cheaper alternatives locally.
