A serious double incident happened at 11 pm, then at 11.30 pm. The hotel cleaining services started to use industrial vacuum machines in the hall at 11pm. This created noise distrurbances (approximately 25 dB and more) due to the hall infrastructure. I did call the night duty manager to ask to stop immediately this noise that prevent from sleeping. Few minutes after, the noise was stopped. Unfortunately to our great surprised, at 11.30 pm, the similar vacuum machine restrarted. We woke up again and took a movie of the second incident considering it is not acceptable such service in an hotel like Kempinski. We immediately called again the duty manager. The receptionist contacted him. We complainted about the lack of action and explained it was not acceptable to pay such amount for such poor service. The duty manager told us that it "is not true that the machine is working". Basically, he did not acknoledge the situation and even considered we were lying. I did then ask to meet the manager the next day. A lot of e.mail but defnitely not a proper way to treat client and definitely not profesionnal for such hotel. I will write a letter to the main management of Kempinski as this way to treat incident is definitely not profesionnal and never found before in Kempinski hotel.
The room is clean and good standard.
