Every staff member was attentive, consistently checking if we needed anything and going above and beyond to assist us. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided helpful information about the hotel, setting a welcoming tone. We opted for the duplex family room, which was spacious and comfortable. However, the lighting in the ground floor bathroom and cupboard left something to be desired. Additionally, the paint job in the room wasn't the best, and the blinds allowed too much light in the mornings. Despite these minor issues, the staff's responsiveness was impressive. When I called about the fridge not being stocked, they promptly refilled it and even brought chocolates for the kids, which was a thoughtful touch. Navigating the expansive resort required some walking, but the staff readily offered golf cart rides to get around. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The poolside service was exceptional, with staff offering eyeglass cleaning, cold towels, and refreshing drinks at regular intervals. These small gestures added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, while there were some minor shortcomings, the exceptional service and thoughtful touches made our stay at this hotel memorable.

I checked in around 3 pm and i asked for a late check out The day after the receptionist told me no we cant even that, you’re checked in it was at 3 pm , i told him it should be at 12 but im late so its a late checked in He was so unprofessional with his answer

he only thing that was a little acuard was when we left the hotel and they put my luggage in a metal detector, told me that my bag was sounding, and asked if I '''accidentally'' took a towel or a bathrobe. I told him that none of that happened but if he wanted he could check the bags, he told me no don't worry, but that left us with a bad taste. Im sure they had better ways to check if the guest took something from the room,

Signs to get around the huge complex could be better and the Dead Sea beach area isn’t as nice as I’d expected.

Dead Sea beach itself was not that pleasant - trash washed in from elsewhere, as well as muck. Had rained earlier, so I think storm blew it in.

Stunning location above the Dead Sea, with lovely views, exceptional rooms and facilities. Pools are lovely, and spa was really first class, with a salt water Dead Sea pool, jacuzzi, etc. Food was wonderful at Lebanese restaurant. Really exceeded our expectations. Would have stayed longer.

Nothing, everything was peeeerfect!

Our experience at the Kempinski hotel by the Dead Sea in Jordan was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff extended warm and genuine hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome. The level of service was exceptional, leaving us with a lasting impression of the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. We were particularly touched by the thoughtful gesture of a birthday cake for my boyfriend, adding a special touch to our celebration. Needless to say, we have already fallen in love with this place and are eagerly planning our next visit. I would like to extend a special thank you to the exceptional staff members who made our stay truly unforgettable. Waseem at the reception desk, Mohammed who ensured our room was perfect, and Khaled at the bar who made our days delightful with his expert service and friendly attitude. The staff should be much better in a place of this category and price. Reception is a mess with few desks, rooms are rarely ready on time (they need more staff?), bell desk, also a mess since they use golf carts to bring luggage and they dont have enough.

The hotel is amazing. The very high ceilings in the main building give it a grand feeling. Fantastic food, AC, pools and the spa! Absolutely perfect.

We wished we could stay another night.

The property is massive, but that's okay as there're buggies ever ready to bring you anywhere on the property. The property has its own private access to the Dead Sea, with prepared mud for you to slather on your body, shoe change and shower facilities. Loved their breakfast spread too! All the staff we met were very friendly, very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Kudos!
