The AC in my room is very loud. I could not sleep at night. I’m lucky its october and the weather is nice. So I turned off my AC and open the window instead.

Prime location just a step away from Petra main entrance and ticket office. Breakfast is super. Staff is nice.

The warm food in buffet was like warm or cold. We told the manager but nothing changed. No seasonal local food /fruits offered.

Staff went the extra mile. On checkout my car would not start and I had to be at the airport. the staff were superb and started my car using jump leads. I was so grateful for that. Excellent resort, friendly staff who make you feel very welcome, views are superb. 10 out of 10

The location is perfect, the building beautiful. The attention very bad for a hotel of this price, they dont have enough elevators, the reception staff are confused, they gave us twin beds, the people at breakfast don't refill coffee? How can a hotel charge 600 usd a night and have this service?

The location is perfect especially after 5 hours of walking in Petra. The lounge sitting area is very pretty and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. Attention to detail is impeccable. The pool area is quite small but the great service made up for it. The rooftop dining area is great for watching the beautiful sunset. The quality of food is also excellent. The buffet breakfast has an amazing spread. Just love my stay there.

The Movenpick in Petra is the perfect jumping off location to visit Petra, it's right at the gate, the hotel is very comfortable, clean and an excellent breakfast offered as part of the deal to start your day. I've stayed at this particular Movenpick several times over the year and always had a good experience. This last trip included several of my co-workers and we all enjoyed the stay.

We had room 424. The room was quiet and well furnished. Mr. Ismail fulfilled all of our wishes. The location of the rock city is unique. We had booked with dinner. The food was varied and very good. We were able to park our rental car safely in the hotel parking lot. In the afternoon there was always cake and fruit from chocolate fountains

There’s nothing to fault with this hotel, excellent location (literally right outside Petra), beautiful rooms, excellent eating options and wonderful staff. They went above and beyond helping us celebrate our wedding anniversary and made it truly special. It even smelled amazing, no idea how they achieved this! So many thoughtful touches, loved our stay!

Room slightly smaller than expected, though comfortable and clean. Should have better quality of bathroom essentials. Due to its location, it commands a premium, but not total value for money.

The location is absolutely the best for visiting Petra. And right on the main street with lots of restaurants and cafes and shops. The hotel is in Arabic style, with really nice restaurants and food! No complaints about the rooms either. The staff - beyond sweet and helpful!!!

Breakfast is really bad and the service at breakfast incredibly bad. It is a buffet. The only thing they have to do is pour coffee but they are too lazy to do it.
