This place is amazing!! Loved everything about this place from the first interaction of checking in, to the upgraded room, to all the other interactions with the staff, which were incredible. We were so happy with our stay here. Plus, the selection of food was amazing!

There wasn't much to do at the hotel during the night. After the dinner, we spent some time at the bar but other than that we couldn't find any options.

I loved the facilites and the design. The location was easy to find and it was convenient that the hotel was by the Dead Sea - we could go swimming and have a mud mask without leaving the premises. The sunset view was amazing from the beach and the pools. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recomend.

Nothing in specific, just a little bit of mosquitoes in the room, vicious ones too. The hotel have provided us with mosquito repellent which helps, but not fully.

Rooms were very nice. Staff were amazing. Especially Dana who went out of her way to ensure our stay is better than we expected. Will definitely be visiting this place once again.

The mosquitos in the room were a bit annoying since we didn’t open any windows, I don’t know how they got in.

The staff was amazing and all the different pools were amazing. It was also nice having access to a private spot to swim in the Dead Sea.

The room smelt like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room nonetheless it was gorgeous and super clean and overall aesthetic. The infinity pool was slightly crowded and the spa was lovely but massage was average.

The staff were amazing, super friendly and accomodating - upgraded my room upon request and were polite and welcoming throughout the entirety of the trip. I loved that they had adult only designated areas.

We spent a few days here at the beginning of April and it was lovely! Wonderful place and people! We enjoyed our time very much! Like this place has a soul and it was not just a hotel. Mr. Samer (housekeeping supervisor) took really good care of us, Mrs. Hanan at the SPA is a fantastic person, all the people working there create an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Fully recommended!

The rooms are quite dated and the lack of a hand shower in the bathroom.

The resort facilities were amazing! So many options with regards to pools! Theres a breakfast area for adults only if you’d like a more quiet breakfast environment. The staff are certainly the best aspect about the hotel, they go above and beyond to help! Namely the concierge really helped me as i was late to get a taxi to an appointment!

The dead sea beach is stony, and could be hard on the soles. I guess this is not fully in the resort's control, but they should consider placing flat slabs leading into the water.

The best part was the friendly and helpful staff. The resort is also beautifully designed, and the entertainment during the evenings are great.

We had a fantastic stay at Mövenpick where we were greeted and checked in by Ahmed (who studied in Edinburgh) who was lovely. The hospitality and views were outstanding and the special touches such as placing a birthday cake in my mum’s room were greatly appreciated. My sister really enjoyed her spa treatment. Samir was very attentive and kind. It’s a shame we could only stay one night.

Bathroom was horrible- lots of space it can be much better- they need to hire a interior architect ASAP. Old furniture, wedding was noisy, not enough information about the property, not enough/ clear direction signs.

Very satisfied with its services, their employees are helpful and friendly. Also it has very nice swimming pools and beautiful private beach. The spa is amazing, I had the best treatment for massage among all the good hotels in the Dead Sea. I would like thanks Hend from the Zara Spa , she is very kind and helpful.
