We stayed at Petra Plaza Hotel with our family and had a really wonderful experience. We booked two rooms, both were very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, very close to Petra entrance, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety for everyone. We truly felt at home and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Petra!

Had a lovely time here and really glad we chose to stay here in the end. The host was lovely, always had a smile on his face and was so helpful with local recommendations. The place had a really cosy feel with good wifi and streaming available. The bath was nice and spacious. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely. As others have said it is only a 15 minute walk from Petra which we did both ways but would suggest driving if you’re going in peak summer (lesson learnt). Would definitely stay again.

The room we had was very hot because it was exposed to the sun all day, and in August the air conditioner was not enough to cool the room.

The hotel offers a well decorated atmosphere, and it is very beautiful. It has elevator so it is easy to bring the luggage to the room. The position is very close to Petra visiting centre by car. The hotel has excellent free parking. The room has a nice view to the city. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. When we arrived the blanket was not very clean (we found some hairs and sand) and we asked the reception to change it and they immediately corrected this mistake. The host was very kind and helpful and provided information about the city.

Very nice stay here. Location is perfect, you can walk to multiple restaurants and you are 5 mins away from the entrance to Petra. Staff is really friendly with nice and clean rooms and a good breakfast buffet! Overall very good hotel!

The location isn’t super close to Petra itself compared to some hotels right bedside it - it’s a little bit of a walk or a very short taxi ride. But on other hand I liked being close to the town shops and restaurants.

I loved the decor and reception area with wooden carved and inlaid furniture. The staff were all excellent - friendly, helpful.

A little gem in Petra. Very friendly staff, good size of room, value for money. We even got magnets from Petra when we checked out. Highly recommended to stay if you visit Petra.

This hotel was in the perfect spot for exploring Petra, we were a 3 minute drive away from the Visitor Centre Carpark to see the Treasurey. It was a very quiet time when we visited but there were lovely restaurants near by. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I'd really recommend staying here, great location, great sized room, and very comfortable and quiet.

Amazing stay at Petra Plaza. Very well located, close to Petra and also great restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They helped us plan the best itinerary for the one day we had for Petra to see it all and it was brilliant. Their local restaurant recommendations were also top! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Petra.

The ventilator in the bathroom was quite loud

The hotel was well located close to restaurants, everything was clean and breakfast was good. The staff was extremely helpful, we received really good tips from the reception on how to make the most of our time in Petra.
