There is nothing I found disturbing. Don’t expect luxury but the value was okay for that money.

The water from the shower wasn't really hot, it was more lukewarm.

The place offers a cozy retreat with a distinctive local touch. From the moment I entered, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel relaxed. The attention to detail in the decor reflects the local culture, creating a unique and charming ambiance. Exceptional hospitality of the owners and staff. Their warmth and helpfulness make for a memorable stay. The place is really convenient for visiting Petra.

The equipment is not first class. I'm glad I could have skipped the shower, thanks to a hamman visit.

The hotel is exactly as described, nicely decorated, amazing view and comfortable beds. Everything was alright, we felt welcome and i definitely recommend for the price given. Lunch box was super!

Breakfast was supposed to be between 6:30 to 9:30, when we arrived at 9:20 it was not available anymore, a bit disappointing.

Friendly service, pretty good room for the price. Close to Petra with a nice view.

Credit card service broke down during our 2 days stay. But we were allowed to pay with EUR and thereby were able to settle the bill in cash.

The bathroom is a bit small and hours for hot water is a bit frustrating (but we are warned in advance to be fair).

The view is very nice, comfy and spacious bedroom, good breakfast and the staff is very helpful and very nice, it helped a lot for our visit to Petra.

5 am In morning pray minaret was very loud and we can't sleep any more and was distracted form our sleep

I loved everything of this place but I suggest to do a bit of renovation to the toilet/shower/sink (but I had no major issues with that)

I loved this place since I entered the reception. It's all well decorated and the restaurant on the top floor is simply amazing! The view is speechless and I've been lucky to have a room with the same view on the mountains. The quality of the food is really good and also the wide choice. Prices are in range with other places but the quality was higher compared to other most famous restaurants of the area. Mahmoud and Ali are absolutely the stars of this place and they're very nice, polite and friendly and always available to help. I found great they also prepare a nice lunch box if you intend to go to Petra all day.

Unfortunately an non-alcoholic beer is very steeply priced at 4 JD.

The roof terrace is really great. From there you have a lovely view over Wadi Musa and Petra, which give you a great opportunity to capture the sunset. The hotel also offers lunch packages, which are great to use in Petra.

Breakfast didnt have more vegetarian options except white bread & some jams. Dinner also didnt had more vegetarian options & seemed quite expensive as well. Would have been good to get basic bottle of water inside the room during check in for free but instead we need to buy which is also at a reasonable price. Toilet seating seems very cramp. Couldnt get early check in and had to wait for 3 hours but was good time spent on the terrace. Couldnt get the hot water on 1st day but after letting them know got it fixed the next day. There are specific timings to get hot water. But overall these are the things which i feel if worked on can make the whole experience the best...

It was great to meet Mahmood & stay in hotel. Was kind enough to let us cook a small meal for ourselves and sat down with us and shared his journey & different stories. The room is ok with 2 diff beds. The lobby area was quite good. View from the Terrace was amazing and very nicely setup which gives you a good local feel. Has good connections to arrange for taxis. Provided us with super glue which was super helpful to fix my glasses.

The room was basic which is what you can expect from the price. It didn’t feel the cleanest with some marks on the bedding and towels, but nothing too severe. The hotel is slightly out of walking distance from Petra requiring taxis which are keen to overcharge you.

Breakfast and views from the room and breakfast room were amazing! The decor really gave an authentic Jordan feel. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and keen to accommodate extra needs.

If I must say something I didn't like, it would be that the showers could do with some renovation, but nothing too bad.

The location is superb. On the top of a mountain with breathtaking views over the city and the hills. Watching the sunset and listening to the muezzin singing the call for prayer is an otherwordly experience. The hotel itself is a small, family like business. Our room, as well as the restaurant, was in bedouin style, which is great. Everything was clean and the staff friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms had AC. They got us dinner, made us lunch for our trip to Petra, and organised a jeep tour for us in Wadi Rum, with an excellent guide. In the evenings, we would talk for hours about their lives and ours. It was really eye-opening. Five stars for hospitality. If I return, I'll definitely stay here again.

The room , walls and walkway are lines by tent carpet. This make the place is an inferno in the event of the fire. The hotel badly require integrated fire alarm for safety, There are not rails on the stairs, this pause potential trip hazard

Some room has good views. Owner used to live in Petra caves. His story makes it exciting and unique. The places is good value for money. Breakfast is good.
