Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

El SalvadorMy only feedback is related to laundry services, we used it and it was self service but seems that the machines weren’t working very well as it took a very long time for our clothes to be dried. I have to say, I’d stay here again regardless!
Very nice place, convenient location and very nice staff! We stayed here twice in our trip to Jordan, we booked the second time as our experience the first time was very positive, they helped us arrange a car rental and gave us all the information we needed for our roadtrip around Jordan. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, common areas were super clean and organized, internet was very good and overall it was an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend it!

United KingdomNothing. This place rocked.
Great location, ideally placed between Rainbow Street (higher end, nice bars and restaurants) and downtown (busy, lots to see - the real Amman). Nice and quiet for sleeping, and extremely welcoming. Great breakfast - ask the chef for an omelette! Very clean and attractive rooms and a nice co-working space. Imagine a top tier hostel vibes from your travelling days, but with hotel room level comforts.

United Arab EmiratesRoom was quite spacious! There were 2 common room areas, the lobby where you have breakfast, and the garden area. Very cute place. It's very central, although there are hills all around so be prepared to walk up/down stairs. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast eggs were different all 3 days, so that was nice. Overall a nice, clean, affordable stay.

Czech RepublicDon't expect perfect view of the window (probably in whole Amman), we had window to the patio/ wall. But positive thing is, that at least it was no noise from the street. :)
Super kind staff, great location (not exactly at the main noisy street) close to the market etc, very delicious breakfast, free barrel drinking water, lots of car spots on the hilly street, where the hotel is.

Germany-
Located nearby the centre of Amman - just a few walking minutes away from local market, Roman Theatre and Rainbow Street. The staff was very helpful - organized cars, gave good recommendations for places to stay in other cities like Petra and Wadi Rum. The room was small but clean. I had all I needed. Will definitely come back.

United KingdomToilet wasn't as clean as expected. Also, on the last day, I had to change my plans last minute as I was told checkout was noon although on the site it says midnight. Luckily, I had my friends I could stay with...
The location was in the middle of downtown. Shops, cafes, and the Sign Museum were all within a 5-15 minute walk from the hotel. The Roman Amphitheater is about a 20-minute walk away also.
