The room cleaning staff was late cleaning the room, this tent was fixed immediately after I picked up the phone to the reception.

The staff is friendly and willing to help, the place is clean, the hotel looks stunning, the food at Tamara's restaurant was enjoyable, and the breakfast was also very rich.

Amazing staff. Very kind, very professional, so special. Two of us were celebrating our wedding anniversary and your people went far, far beyond our dreams and expectations. They made us fell like we celebrated this occasion with family and friends, thanks for that. We will remember this forever. Flowers, gift, everything! Unfortunetly, we don't remember all staff names, but our dinner at Zenith was memorable thank to Sohaib. And during our last day breakfast we were surprised again by a delicious love pancake and wishes and best spa treament that we ever had. We travel a lot, but this place is on the very top of hospitality.

The room decor was light and bright, which I like and helped my reading. But its creativity seemed a little lacking, for a great hotel.

The staff were fantastic. They took care of our every need and ensured that our holiday got off to a brilliant start. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was opulent and well-maintained. The attention to detail at every point from the treats left in the room, the nibbles with drinks and the personalised cups at breakfast made the stay special.
