The shower is not powerful and takes a little while to warm up. But that wasn't an issue for us.

I love the area. It's in the old city and the people here are amazing. The hotel has beautiful steps that take you into the reception and other rooms. It is extremely clean and the lady is always ready to clean your room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice. I definitely would come back to this hotel.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Location is absolutely perfect, very close to the best sites. Our room even had good view to the Roman Theater.

The free walking tour is a great idea and Ibrahim was amazing. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and in an amazing location

PROBLem--not a non smoking hotel. People are allowed to sit on stair landing (covered between two main buildings near reception and entry to all rooms and smoke. Door to sleeping areas not closed so not truly non smoking And although it is stated that only smoking allowed on outdoor patio of breakfast room guests did not observe this limitation. It needs better signage and respect for others' need for clean air.

It was conveniently located. The refurbished rooms are fine--not so much for the shared rooms. Taxi service prompt, non smoker, friendly but did not speak English Funny-- I asked him to wait so I could tip him. I said that into his phone and the translation was Do you want to break up with me? Staff very helpful and friendly

The noise sometimes at night but with earplugs, it's fine. The offer of evening meal is very convenient if arriving after 6pm but should not be booked for all your stay.

The central position for the Downtown, the breakfast room looking over the Theatre, the breakfast itself which was copious, good and offering a choice.

The hotel is super well located near the old town and must seen attraction and there is a free parking 3 minutes walking, the hotel was very nice and clean and with great breakfast ! We were lucky to get the view on the roman theater just very noisy as its facing the main street but anyway i recommend 100%

It was quite noisy at night in our room as sound carried a lot but for a night or two not the end of the world.

It didn't look to me like the bed sheets have been washed before our stay. (I found four different hair types on and under the cushion.) Also when I opened the balcony door, huge dustballs came out from under the bed. (One week later I stayed in the same Hotel but another room, which was located in the other part of the building. It seemed like the room was newer, it was clean and perfectly fine.)

Secure facility with cameras and lock on front door, however we returned in the middle of the day with our door unlocked and open while unattended (due to cleaning). Weren't happy as we had left valuables and cash in the room as we were unaware it was going to be accessed.

One of the beds had a broken bottom. A little boring room but all you need for the night. Parking was a public and crowded parking lot across the street.

The location was great, the host was really nice and welcoming, the rooftop had a great view over the Roman theater, and a cute colourful staircase from the entrance. Breakfast was nice and you had three options to choose from. The shared bathrooms were nice and you could get a warm shower.

The shared bathroom consists in a toilet with shower in the same room (without shower tray), not very convenient (but very clean), the bed is quite small for two persons, and the window quite small (so it is not the best place to rest)

The room we booked appeared quite different in the advertisement - in reality it was significantly smaller (nearly half the size than the 20m2 stated), and without a balcony (it didn’t even have an external window). We did have an ac unit which was very welcome. It was very basic, more a hostel than hotel. It seemed like they were doing up other parts of the hotel though so maybe this was not representative. The shared bathroom and shower was not great, it was a small combined toilet and shower (windowless) where the drain did not flow easily and it would flood immediately (could be not uncommon Jordan with its sewerage infrastructure) so the next person who wanted to use the toilet would have to wade through. Staff were generally nice though the person who checked us in didn’t offer any initial orientation (wifi, where breakfast and bathroom were, other facilities, etc). Our friends stayed in an Airbnb close to rainbow street for a similar nightly rate and it looked way better - probably would do that if we could choose again.

Great location, nice terrace and breakfast offering and polite staff. Comfortable mattress.
