“Our stay here was so wonderful, as soon as we check in, we were given a little snack and tea and met the loveliest couple who run the hotel
They really made our stay a delight - offering us soup and fruit in the morning, the husband drove us to the bus stop (which takes you to nagano station ) in the mornings, and they were so lovely and helpful telling us the best routes to the snow monkey park, telling us the bus times , which time to go etc
Location wise, it is a 20 minute bus to Nagano station.
However it was lovely to walk around the area, there are restaurants and shops and a supermarket close by
The room is also great, we had the Japanese style room. Its clean, has a cosy feel and was actually very comfortable to sleep
We would definitely come here again, it was a real highlight of our trip !!”
