The only thing I didn't like was the pillow, it was flat and quite hard. The shower pressure also kept going down by itself.

Location was excellent, just off dontonburi, many restaurants, shops and Convenience stores around. Five mins walk to Namba station. Hotel is quiet despite being in the heart of the action. 10 mins walk to the Kuromon market. It was great value for money right in the dotonburi area which really lights up at night and buzzes with street vendors, yet it is very quiet. I only paid AUD207 for 2 nights. The hotel room is compact but it is clean and comfy and you're out all day anyway! Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Budget friendly

The room temperature and wifi could use improvement. Overall, the room was sufficient for a short stay, relatively clean and new towels/toiletries were supplied on a daily basis. The staff did not speak fluent English, so limited communication was available for assisted services.

The hotel is very close to Dotonburi and between two major stations, which made for convenient travel and enjoying the local food scene. The room was very small and lack of control for the central air system made it extremely hot and humid during our stay.

Lifts were slow, but ok.

Easy check-in and key issued through the machine. Clean room, great soundproofing. Location is close to bars, restaurants and malls, etc. Namba train station 5 minute walk.

The laundry isn’t really family friendly, the laundry detergent we were told automatically dispenses when you put a washing load on (machine only takes 100 yen coins ONLY), you can get notes exchanged for yens at reception. Our clothes didn’t seem like it was washed with anything as it came out still dirty and no scent, the dryer took 2 hours and our clothes still weren’t dry, apparently there’s a laundro mat near by but we didn’t want to waste another $20 (aud conversion). Laundro mat in hotel would more likely suit people with light loads to wash/dry - if using the washing machine best to have a small load! dryer worked best when least amount of clothes were put in - better to use local landro mat for family washing :)

Very close to main strip of Dotonbori, on the left side when exiting hotel at end of street. When exiting hotel, left side (1 min walk) is family mart and 7/11 (1 min walk) is on the right when you exit the hotel. Namba station is about 5-10min walk depending on which entrance/exit of the station you take. Hotel room is small which isn’t unusual for japan but not as small as some hotels we stayed in during our time in tokyo. Room fit Two big suitcases, 2 small carry on luggage and a compressed stroller all under the bed which helped! Aircon is very strong in the room which is great as room gets stuffy but then gets too cold quickly lol (not a big issue). Room fit the three of us (husband and 1 year old), bub slept well at night, shower pressure and temp was good! Great Amenities, hair ties, cotton buds, plastic brush, tooth brush/paste, etc.

There are quite hectic for their check in process. We arrived early and gave all passport for them but the staff said no need it and checkined is confirmed, when we are back to get the key card, another staff refuse to gave me said no record of checking in and all need to be start over again

Location is superb, alot of nice reastaurants and not far from shopping areas.

The step up into the bathroom is too high. I found the bed was a little soft and dipped in the centre. The pillows were a little lumpy

The room's dimensions are a little cramped. A bit more elbow room would be useful.

I've stayed at APA hotels before and this one was just as comfortable and clean as the others I've stayed at. The room was clean and contained the basic things necessary: a firm, large bed, a large flat screen TV, good lighting and a serviceable bathroom. Most importantly for me, the hotel is a non-smoking facility which works admirably for an asthmatic like myself. I did not avail myself of any of the optional services, such as the restaurant, so I can't comment on them.

Night sound was too loud, people talking loudly on the street. Double room is very small size. Couldn’t open big luggage.

Clean rooms and standard facilities such as washing machine, ice maker etc. Very good location for staying in Osaka. This hotel located near by Namba metro station which is a center of everything such as lots of metro lines for transferring, bus stops, rental car centers, shopping streets, restaurants and many more.

Room is a bit small and no exception in terms of early check-in or late check-out. Too early for check-out 10am and most of the hotels their check out time is at 12nn

The smell in one of the rooms was terrible. Obviously changed from a smoking to non smoking room. We did get offered to move but we had 2 rooms next to each other so endured the smell and didn't spend much time there.

The nozzle controlling the shower/sink water intensity would not stay put for normal amounts, so I had to either hold it in place with one hand or have an insane amount of water coming out the faucet.

Checking in and out was very easy. The room was cleaned daily, even for a longer stay which was nice.
