This place was a bit far away from the subway stations. The hotel was dated and it showed on the furniture in the room, particularly the sofa.

I enjoyed this hotel greatly, the rooms were pretty good size and I loved it had an kitchenette! We mostly hit up the 711 downstairs so we didn't cook anything, but did appreciate having it in the room. We were able to get the room cleaned pretty late in the day as well. The free coffee downstairs was also nice to have. They also allowed late checkouts for free (1pm!) which was REALLY nice to have before a long flight back home

We loved staying here during our time in Tokyo. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from most train stations and has many convenience stores and restaurants close by. The hotel was very accomodating with storing our bags before we checked in/after we checked out. We liked that the location was quieter than the central area of shinjuku. The neighborhood felt very safe.

We asked front desk staff to organise an airport transfer for us,a day or 2 before our departure , which they have done in the past times we have stayed there not a problem, but this time we were told they don't do that at front desk , and we should organise it ourselves. Poor front of house service , it's never been a problem before , and we have stayed there every time we travel to Tokyo, 4- 5 times now . We are looking for another place to stay next time in October. Apart from that the stay was fantastic as always ...

The front desk staff were the most amazing I have come across yet, they were so helpful and attentive and made our last day in Japan run so smoothly. The hotel room was the perfect size to be able to open our suitcases and reorganize before flying out. Really large and comfortable bed. Great location and easy walking distance to the heart of Shinjuku.

This property met our expectations. It wasn't amongst the chaos of Shinjuku, but we were able to walk 15 minutes to the main shopping district. The two twin beds were slightly smaller than a single size but it was comfortable and clean.

Staff were efficient and the room had great natural light flowing in. The location was about 5-7 minutes from Shinjuku Gyeommae Station and had convenience stores nearby. Fresh towels and room service everyday, and a small kitchen that had everything we needed. The staff were kind enough to let us check in a little earlier and check out a little later, as long as we signed up for a loyalty program. They were helpful in the instructions to get us to the airport and the breakfast was minimalist, but okay.

Breakfast needed improvement. The eggs, bacon, and sausages were undercooked. Our taxi driver had a difficult time finding the hotel.

There were strong winds when we were there and at night because of the wind there was a very strong repetitive noise that kept waking us up.

The bed was very confortable and the room very spacious and clean. The room was cleaned daily. The staff was very helpful with sending our luggage to the next destination. The location was perfect, close to subway and Shinjuku but in the same time in a quiet and safe area.

However, the room we got on out second stay (after our Kyoto trip) was not up to standard. There were lint and hair on the duvet cover, pillow sheets had some black dots, walls were dirty, closet door was chipped, and there were hard water stain on the soap dish in the shower. In short, they should not have sold the room before it is renovated. Unfortunately we cannot change rooms because they are fully booked that day. The staff did everything they can though and changed the sheets, and promised to escalate the matter to management. And as a token of apology presented us with a bottle of Japanese wine. We were not expecting this and we appreciate the gesture.

The room we got for this trip was great. Clean and comfortable. Good location with nice eateries nearby. Street was away from the noise of the Shinjuku center, yet it is just a 5-7 minute walk from it. This made us change our reservation from another hotel to this hotel for our subsequent stay after our trip to Kyoto.

A little far from the subway station. The nearest subway station is Shinjuku sanchome, have to walk about 10 to 20mins, depending on how fast you walk. The taxi fare from Shinjuku station to the hotel is about 1000 yen to 1400 yen depending on the traffic and time of taking the taxi. The taxi fare from hotel to Hanade airport is about 12,000 yen in the morning with less traffic.

It has convenience stores nearby like 7-eleven & Lawson. The room is spacious for 2 persons. It also has a common laundry even though we didn't use it. It has a little pantry with all the necessities.
