Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. It was close to Hachinohe station. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. There are luggage lockers and locks if you need to leave them for a while after checkout. You can still sit in the lounge area if you need to. The staff were kind and helpful.

There was only body soap no hand soap in the room.
Breakfast was good. Library/lobby was amazing. The selection of books was really good, but only in Japanese.

I had to ask for a second pillow - I sleep with two pillows (so a personal requirement)
Location, clean, has all that is needed. The staff is super supportive and kind. Good quality for the reasonable cost.

They are in renovations and one of the elevators was smelling like paint, to people like me with lung problems is a huge problem, otherwise I would give a 10

A little out of the way to see most of the city. You definitely need a car to explore Hachinohe fully.
Hotel was clean, staff were helpful - the afternoon drink was a great pick-me-up, location was very convenient to catch the Shinkansen.

Be aware that Hachinohe train station isn't in the most interesting part of the city. This hotel is great for getting to the station, but all the bars and restaurants are a local train ride away, and this isn't Tokyo, so the service isn't regular. If you're stopping over for a night or on business, you're good. However, if you're looking to spend some time exploring Hachinohe, you might be better going for somewhere closer to the areas of interest.
Comfort Hotels are reliably solid. It's right next to the train station, has reasonably sized rooms for a business hotel and had the benefit of the free breakfast. The laundry facilities were appreciated and the vending machines had a decent selection. For the price you pay, it's hard to complain.

The hotel provided late check in, breakfast and luggage delivery service. It was within walking distance to Hachinohe Station. It is a business hotel, so we were prepared for the small room as we only needed a place to sleep. I wouldn't recommend an extended stay here, but it is perfect for an overnight stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was that they are transitioning to automatic check in and out with a machine. There was a very helpful young woman there to assist this time, but I don't look forward to managing the machine on my own.
This hotel was very convenient and had car parking on the block for a small fee, which was very convenient for us. The included breakfast was nice and the staff were also.

Room size, with the bed placed against the wall.
The hotel staff were very helpful. They helped us to organise a luggage transfer to another hotel in Japan, as we wanted to travel suitcase free for a couple of days. The hotel is functional, and clean. We made use of the laundry facilities. The breakfast was great. The room is typical of Japanese business type hotels in being on the smaller side.

The chef who prepares the breakfast was wonderful. The food was fresh, varied and such a contrast to how we are now treated in the USA. The desk Staff was open and very Helpful !! The location near the train station was excellent. I do not speak more than a few words of Japanese so the helpfulness and patience was such a good thing.

Breakfast items to have more variety.
Hotel nearby JR station. Ample parking lots and nearby supermarket too. Breakfast was simple but nice to eat. Staff were polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Check-in/out was fast.

Nice location, 2 mins walk from the JR exit. Have a convenience store and car rental shops nearby too. Room is fairly sized for a single room, ample spaces for luggage.
