We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaRoom was a tad bit small bit each and every small facility is present in the room..
Very neat and clean. Staff was prompt with all queries and even guided on tourist information and other travel options information within Kyoto. Hotel deposits the luggage after check out also in case you have a late evening/night bus or train. Value for money.

MalaysiaRoom has narrow walkway, but its due to the big bed. It can be seen in the photos of the room so we already mentally prepared of the floor spaces that we will get
They have staff who can speak english, but its on shift. Was lucky to get an english speaking staff during check in. Overall, the location quite strategic, 5mins walk to Kyoto station and they have restaurants along the street of the hotel. Bus stop access quite near too

She was so proffesinal and very pleasant and kind attitude toward all guests I was so impressed how she dealt with all guests with pleasant smile. I’ve never seen the hotel breakfast restaurant staff works do efficiently and giving such smile equally . I wish I could see her at the front desk.
