Bit dated, bathroom quite tired, but clean. 20 minute walk to the subway which felt like a long way at the end of a busy day.

Large room, grand hotel. Handy for airport, with shuttle service to get there. Close to convenience stores including a great supermarket for picnic suppers. Amazing views from the top floors.

Had booked Japanese room for a night but it was not for us. Luckily, we were able to move back to the deluxe family room, which is perfect.

The wifi resets each day, the hotel should advertise its amenities. We didn't know about the bakery on the lower ground floor until the last day which was a shame.

Big room in a nice area with a bus to the station that the hotel provided. They also had local busses they were quite frequent. The hotel has a variety of restaurants and great views the beds were nice and the staff were friendly.

The area didn’t seem tourist friendly in the sense that not a lot of places has English menus so found it more difficult to know what we were eating

Such a beautiful place to stay and amazing views from our window. Staff were amazing and everything was so clean and fresh. Thank you to house keeping coming back from a long day to a fresh clean room and bedding made us so happy.

The rooms were small in comparison with western hotels however they were well equipped and serviceable.

The hotel was excellent value and the breakfast buffet had a great deal of choice. Our room had a fabulous view of the Tokyo Skytree.

Guest relations manager didn't understand a simple request for a taxi to a particular place, even though we gave it to her in both English and Japanese. Unless it was the taxi driver who had no understanding because we ended up at an entirely different place of no interest to us. Could have been a combination of both?

Spacious room with a great view of the Skytree Tower. Good location close to station to travel to other parts of Tokyo. Clean and comfortable beds.

The decor could be updated and comfier pillows.

Everything was of a high quality and standard except for the decor. The decor gives a 90’s/00’s vibe and could do with an update, if it was then it’d 100% be a 5*, I guess that’s why it currently has a 4*. Their breakfast buffet has by far been the best I’ve had in any hotel and the staff are really friendly and definitely want to be there, a good staff vibe makes a massive difference. The hotel is right above a retail complex which is super handy if you want to nip out to the shop or if you want to have dinner near the hotel. It’s also not far from the train station that goes directly into the city centre and straight to the imperial palace for ¥210. There’s also a bus stop 1 minute away, it’s situated in the middle of town but feels secluded as it’s raised above ground level so isn’t directly on the main road and has its own driveway to the front of the hotel. Also, the view from the room at night is stunning. I’ve requested a view of the skytree building when we’re next there at the end of this week!

The breakfast buffet was delicious but, due to space limitations, the offerings were not as abundant as other hotels. Still, what was available was enough for a complete meal.

This hotel is a great location between Tokyo Station and Tokyo Disney Resort with multiple options to and from Toyocho Station, Sumiyoshi Station and Kinshicho Station. Also, there were plenty of food options near the hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Toyocho Station and Tokyo Disney.

It's important to note that the hotel breakfast was not included in our stay and quite expensive a la carte, but fortunately there were several full-service Family Marts in the vicinity that met our needs.

The location is very convenient to public transportation and the shuttle to the Disney Parks was perfect for us. Customer service was also very responsive to any adjustments that we required.

I would have preferred all three beds to have been proper beds. One was a sofa bed, but still comfortable. Some creamer/ milk in the room would have been good to go with the coffee.
