Everything was generally fine during our stay. However, the paint in the kitchen is quite worn and definitely needs to be refreshed. The house is located on a busy street, so it can get quite noisy. Also, the town itself is very quiet in the evenings, with little to do or see once it gets dark.

Excellent place to stay for a family. It is spacious and clean with the stunning view of Mt Fuji from the second floor! self check in, very easy and smooth. It was easy to communicate the host, my son forgot his toy at the apartment and the host sent it to our next hotel in Japan. highly recommended!

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The toilet on the first floor was leaking. There was no hand soap at the 2nd floor sink so I had to hunt for soap (found an extra one stored downstairs).

The view of Mt Fuji from the 2nd floor room was great. Home was clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable but our stay was only two nights so it worked out perfectly.

The home was exceptional and clean. The view from the upstairs bedroom was breath taking. Perfect location to easily walk around town or to stores. We rented a vehicle which made getting around so much easier. The host communicated well and was available to answer any questions. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this home.

Very big and well equiped kitchen. Great location near the bus station and close to 7-11. The place is spacious with unique decorations. Washing machine and dryer were helpful

The view is fantastic! (Even though the mount Fuji view only from one of the bedrooms - in the upper floor). The accomodation is very comfortable and well equipped for housing a nig group of people. There is a dryer available.

One small downside was sometimes the sounds that were coming from outside, especially louder ones like trucks can be heard at night, so may be hard for light sleepers, if they are staying on the ground floor level.

We loved that it was on the side of a traditional house, with tatami floors, futons, sliding doors, and a spectacular view of Mt Fuji, just as was shown in the promo photos. It was cosy and comfortable, and within walking distance of the shops, trains and Fuji-Q theme park. They provided all the amenities that we needed. Our host was wonderful, even though we never met in person, they were responsive whenever we had questions. Towards the end of our stay, we needed their help with our travel plans, and they went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to make it to our next destination, so thank you very much for your help! Definitely recommend this place, and would consider coming to stay here again in future!
