Had everything that we needed. Even supplied shampoo and conditioner which we're not used to elsewhere in the world. Loved the location: 5 min walk from the station with lots of konbinis and izakayas near by. Appreciated having a washing machine and pods supplied; the clothing drying ventilation is genius!

The hotel in Osaka surprised me with the size of the room — by Japanese standards it felt like a palace: balcony, stove, fridge, wardrobe, and even a metro station nearby. Perfect location. BUT! The air conditioner seemed to date back to the Dade dynasty. When turned on, clouds of dust snowed down, bringing not cool air but allergies and coughing. The choice was simple: either melt without AC or breathe a colony of dust mites. Even my attempt to clean it myself didn’t help — it looks more like a museum exhibit than an appliance.

Would be better if aircon is stronger and if we can communicate via WhatsApp instead of Line.

Super clean and quiet environment. Short walk to Tengachaya metro station. Direct train from Kansai airport. Near to eateries, supermarket and drug store. Staff is super fast to respond via Line. Easy check in.

The room was huge for Osaka! The facilities in the room were top notch with everything you can need. The check in process was completely automatic and great to experience. The owner was very quick in responses to our messgaes. The location is a little far from main Osaka but the major attractions like Shinsekai and Dotonbori were quite nearby (1 to 3 stations from the nearest metro station). Loved overall experience!

- Proximity to the station was great - had all the amenities - close to a grocery store opposite the station, really really really loved this bit. - the space was the biggest we has in Japan - loved the restaurants and shops in the facinity

The instructions to get into the building were slightly off. A staff member was able to show us the correct pin and code.

Giving 8.5/9* and not 10* this time because upon check in the bedsheets smelled as if someone had slept in them for a few days, but luckily there was an extra (non-smelly) set in the wardrobe, and also I was provided one fresh sheet upon communicating the issue. The rest I washed & dried myself using the laundry facilities in the apartment. 😏 Let's assume it was a one-off incident - otherwise, the cleanliness of the apartment was good.

The apartment is spacious for 1-2 people and is well planned out, with living & sleeping areas, mini kitchen, the comforts of a Japanese bathroom, and a nice balcony. High floor and panoramic views always appreciated. Handy location close to a train station. You can hear some trains in the distance, but certainly not too loud. Check in instructions were clear and the staff generally responsive and friendly. Convenient also for longer term (e.g. weekly) stays. I also appreciated that there was a Japanese charger/adaptor available. All-in-all, would probably stay here again.

We had a great time, the apartment was clean, tidy and spacious, in this area there are very good restaurants and it is located near the station to go to the airport (30/40 minutes), Dotombori and Namba less than 15 minutes, if I return to Osaka I will definitely return here

The instructions provided had every detail necessary to locate the property and check in without issues. We enjoyed that a small market with local stores was right around the corner. The food there was great!! The station is also really near, so exploring Osaka was easy from the apartment. Already missing Osaka!!

Make sure to take screenshots of how to get into the building BEFORE you arrive! It’s very simple if you do, but I can see it would be really frustrating if you didn’t have WiFi or a good connection and couldn’t access those instructions.

Very clean room and it had everything we needed. It definitely was a bonus to have a washing machine. There is a train stop nearby which can take you just about anywhere you want to go. Kyoto is about 45 minute train ride. For the price, this place was awesome. WiFi worked great.

Likes... Clean and good modern facilities in room. Basic cooking facilities with oil, salt and pepper. Washing machine with detergent and nice toilet. Location close to Tengachaya stn and Supermarkets, eateries etc. Direct train from KIX airport with good train connections from Tengachaya. Not at the centre of busy area but close to Namba still, more calm and relax area. Good comms and prompt replies from host. Dislikes.... Nothing really.

Nice little holiday apartment (actually a decent size for Japan) in a quiet area a couple of metro stops (or a 2,000 yen cab) from Namba. It had everything needed for a week's stay. Really great supermarket close by selling lots of sushi and other fresh ready-to-eat meals was a bonus!

The sofa was not the most comfortable. There was a big pot and pan, and we wish there were smaller sizes. Humidity was a challenge: in the winter when the heater is on, the air is often very dry. Would benefit from a humidifier.

Smooth check in, great location and quiet neighborhood, very close to a supermarket and metro station. Has many things you'd need for a long-term stay. Love the bath!
