We were not sure what to expect from Furano and were blown away by the accommodations at fenix. The staff were super friendly and spoke fluent English. The room was far nicer and more luxurious that expected. We had a suite with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room/kitchen area, which is tough to find in a hotel. We added breakfast to our stay and it alternated between western and Japanese style each day. Both were quite yummy and filling and they accommodated a gluten allergy. We ended up staying an extra day and that was easy to arrange. We stayed in early September which is off season so the hotel was most empty and in sure that made a difference. Weather was beautiful and I would 100% return to Fenix Furano this time of yeae

Very comfortable hotel. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed sitting in balcony in the mornings to drink my coffee and in the evenings to view the beautiful mountains. Peaceful setting. The bed and shower were comfortable. Plenty of parking. The staff were wonderful. Great location to visit many sites in Furano, Biei and Mount Asahidake. We truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will plan on returning.

The rooms were great. Really well stocked kitchen and a lovely relaxing and luxurious space to hang out. Raised bedroom for the parents made it feel like we had real privacy. Staff were so helpful, welcoming and friendly.

We stayed 4 nights and breakfast was either a fixed set of Japanese on one day and Western on another - both were exactly the same. We didn’t mind (the homemade tofu was amazing) but can imagine it would get a little monotonous if staying for longer.
Situated a short drive from the Furano Marche, easy access to restaurants, groceries and sights. As a party of 5 adults and 1 child, we loved the triple key access room - we were able to have individual space while the common area allowed us an area to hang out. Also, despite the small common area, it was amazing how they managed to squeeze all the amenities in! Very nicely designed also. Breakfast was also wonderful and lovingly prepared by two lovely ladies.

Oman- need more wardrobe/storage inside the unit, especially if its winter with lots of gears - bathroom needs more hangers for clothes/towels - the hanger on the entrance of the unit (where we put the shoes are)?is dangerous. We hit our head when we stood up after wearing shoes.

IndiaThe lack of a restaurant. We cooked our own meals, so that wasn't a problem for us.
It was our daughter's 16th birthday and we had been in touch with the hotel before arrival to arrange for some decorations in the room so she would be surprised when reach. I must say the staff did a great job of accomodating our request and made it super special for us. The 2 bedroom suite is very well appointed with all facilities like a full function kitchen, washer-dryer, living room etc. The layout of the suite is comfortable, spacious and very clean. Housekeeping service came to clean our rooms, change our towels on day 2 of our 3 day stay which refreshed everything for us. The view from our room was amazing too.

The dual key double rooms were super comfortable and luxurious. Parking was just nearby and it’s free. From the reception to restaurant staff, everyone provided excellent service.

CanadaFor some reason we kept finding dead ladybugs in the room. The laundry machine also wouldn’t dry which was quite frustrating.
The room was large and the bathroom was nice. The staff made us feel really welcomed. Lisa took our luggage to our room as we were checking in and we found her a few times and she answered our inquiries. We had a meal there and the food was pretty good, although next time I would probably try somewhere else for food.

The room was very well furnished with great facilities. The interior was very well decorated. The surrounding area was very nice and peaceful. We all slept very well! Our stay at the Fenix was made extra special by the staffs’ kindness and warm hospitality. We will surely be back!
