It`s clean. The room is small but that size is normal in Japan. But still comfort to us, the asean people. The dining room in 1F is large enought for us to gather and enjoy our own meals. Free flow of drinks also there everyday. About 1 min walk to both JR-Shinimamiya station and Metro-Dobutsuenmae station. I always choose hotel around this area. Conv.stores are everywhere.

These train stations are also connect directly to the dotonburi area and Kansai airport (no train switching needed) Value for money especially since the rooms are much larger than the typical tiny Japanese hotel rooms. also a short walk to Shinsekai district where they have lots of fried skewers, but beware that they’re mostly tourist traps (at least those on the Main Street)

ThailandThe morning buffet price is a bit high comparing to the various type and amount of food. The seat is not enough when there is a tour member. However, the staff told us before paying the buffet that how much food currently is to ask us again if still need to pay or not.
The location is so close to the train station:- Shin-Imamiya, just by walking in 5 min. The room is not small and comfy.

United Kingdom1. The room was very dusty, Everytime i moved something, i could see the dust floating around in the air. I am not sure if the room was hoovered before my arrival or not. 2. The furniture, carpets etc are very worn out and old.

AustraliaThere were parts of the room that had not been dusted and the bathroom fan was clogged with fluff. Towels were old and frayed at the edges. Reception said there was a kettle and coffee in the room but this was not the case. Tepid “stewed” coffee was only available in the dining room.
It is very close to Tennoji station and was a reasonable price. First impressions of the lobby area are good.
