Struggled with the giant TV with no english language option, and you had to roll the screen back up to get in the 2nd floor bathroom. But then we didn't go there to watch TV so not really a problem! The free shuttle bus wasn't available so we ended up paying for our own taxis (but not very expensive)

This was a modern apartment with a decent kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop terrace was a highlight with fantastic views of Mt Fuji (when the clouds parted) and the nearby theme theme park. We also rented the bbq one evening (not that cheap, but still cheaper than eating out overall) so was great to be able to do that. It is about a 20-30 min walk to the bus/train station but there are taxis if you need them.

Those pesky powerlines just ruin the Mount Fuji views. So annoying. I paid top dollars for the view to be ruined by silly power lines.

Honestly the best villa I’ve ever stayed in! I loved the space, the “cinema room”, the roof top that looks beautiful lit up at night! The room service is also amazing! Great place!

The bedroom on the ground level is adjacent to a kitchen which was quite noisy during the night. The window blinds let in a lot of light.

The bed was very comfortable. Each level has a bathroom as well as a toilet. The roof top terrace has a great view of Mt. Fuji and Fuji Q Highland.

The location was not as pleasing as you have to walk quite distances to konbini, park, and train stations but they do offer shuttle service to the train station.

Love the space and the spectacular views of mt Fuji from the rooftop. 2 separate rooms just like living in two units.

It’s really the location, very central to all the surrounding scenic sites, restaurants, yet quiet enough for you to enjoy the magnificent view of Mt Fuji!

The only thing is that the area is secluded, so getting food was a little difficult. You might need to rent a car.

I liked how close it was to fuji/fuji q highland and the rooms were phenomenal. Rooftop access was really nice for vistas of fuji and the park.

The check-in time is hard as they charge for checking in after 8pm. If you are coming in from a long distance or get delayed it can be very challenging.

The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful. We wish it was customizable, we feel like we wasted food. The dinner baskets are a great option and delicious. Lovely to have a shuttle to the nearby train/bus stations. Make sure you coordinate that ahead of time

We had to walk when the shuttle bus was not in service. Also, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the toilet area. We tried using air freshener, but it didn’t help.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, but it operates on a point-to-point basis and has limited availability. It is conveniently located near a supermarket and a pharmacy, about a 10–15 minute walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke Mandarin, which was a plus. The rooms were comfortable.

The rooftop balcony and the beautiful view we got from it, the amazing staff they were super friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for Fuji Q highlands, the whole villa was perfect for our stay and in a great location, we will definitely be staying again in the future.

The view could be a little bit better as in our rooftop we had a post in front of Mt. Fuji that didn't help to take good pictures of it. In the first day they probable forgot about our breakfast and I needed to went to reception to ask for it and the location is a little bit far from the stations and it's a little bit hard to walk to it.

The space in the dorm was amazing, two floors with twin bed in the first floor and a full size bed in the second floor, two kitchens for a huge family and a good cleanness of the dorm was something to be noticed.

I wish they kept a record of past customers to level up to world class hospitality. This means welcoming return guests warmly by their name, and asking if they would like the same villa they had previously (subject to availability). I really wanted the exact villa I have in April 2024 but it wasn’t retrievable which one I stayed in. This last comment is nitpicking (if I really have to give one item I did not like): providing disposable shower caps, body lotion and q-tips and facial cotton pads would be nice.

I came to Fuji Gran Villa Toki 1 year ago in April 2024. I was so happy with this place I took my children back this time. The service is nice, the reception has complimentary bath salts we can make on days we want a bath soak, the optional breakfast is a must to order as it is delicious. What impressed me most was the bathroom design. Drainage is excellent and the screen is water tight to prevent getting the outside wash basin area wet. The bathtub function is amazing and the toilet ventilation is top notched. The kitchenette is so well stocked for guests wanting to prepare their meals, it makes it a home away from home. The cleaning services of the villa is also five star quality. The view of Mt Fuji is great (when it is visible). It is so amazing. I believe I will be loyal to the Toki brand and this is my choiced accommodation whenever I visit the region.

We had cleaning done one if the 4 days. A garbage bag was either tipped or broken open outside the door. There were coffee grounds and filters on the walkway and some trash laying in the yard, which I picked up. That same day, we had ants in the entryway we sprayed with the provided alcohol hand cleaner-they never came back. One bump in a wonderful stay.

The balcony with a view of Mt. Fuji was used a lot. The building was spacious and nicely apportioned kitchen etc... There was construction of a new building going on when we arrived that they apologized for. But the little bit of noise was not obtrusive at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is great since the location is a bit away from everything.
