The bed was against the wall which made it difficult for the 2nd person to get in and out.

The room was nice, the view was good. Could have been a bit bigger. The elevators were quick, the staff was friendly. Close to the Hanzomon subway line.

I had the western breakfast one day and the Japanese another. Both were very good and I prefer this to a breakfast buffet. Location of the restaurant was peaceful overlooking the grounds.

The breakfast only three options with refill of bread and drinks, but no buffett. Our Japanese room had little space for two beds and table at the same time. But it was nice even though.

Near to Imperial Gardens thus very green environment; great view from our room on 11th floor, very near to metro station Hanzomon.

Hotel Grand Arc Hanzamon is a classic business hotel . Its location is facing the imperial palace and provides a very good view from the windows . The rooms are large and spacious (as compared to other Japan accommodations . The amenities provided are very good - toiletries , night dress and hair dryer A thing for fellow tourist planning to book should make a note that the breakfast is a set menu to choose from . , either continental , American or Japanese . The portion is adequate with unlimited coffee and bread . It’s a busy hotel with many banquet rooms and its location is within the office area hence always has some event happening at the rooms . We staff is very friendly .. one of the most important thing to mention is about allowing ur luggage to be delivered 2 days in advance of ur stay , this gave us the freedoms to travel light to Mt Fuji area . I will surely stay here again if I visit Tokyo .

Nothing. It fits what I want in Tokyo exactly. I love the chaos of Tokyo but don't want to be in it 24 hours a day. It's good to get back to calmness in the evening. If you want the chaos full time this is not for you.

I have stayed here before. The location is great. Right next to the Imperial Palace grounds and away from all the mayhem of the really popular tourist areas. The hotel is great for food and offers a couple of excellent dining options. There are also many options locally. The entrance to the Palace grounds is a few minutes walk away. You are also within an easy taxi ride to Tokyo Station for general getting around and Bullet trains. The staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble. I have 3 times now had rooms overlooking the Palace grounds and Tokyo city. Ask for those if you can. The views day and night are great.

I like the atmosphere of the good and traditional Japanese hotel, the room with big windows and beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious served in patio with views on the garden with blooming azaleas.

The location of the hotel in Tokyo it was perfect. The room was clean and great, the view on Tokyo lovely! The size compare with Tokyo standards it was good! Enough space for two plus 3 luggages
