Although central, the location is a little out of the way and in the summer heat it felt quite far.

The accommodation was outstanding. Large space with separate w/c and bathroom, kitchenette and seating area. The reception is unmanned, but lucky for us, the cleaner was extremely helpful in getting us access to our room to stow our luggage before check in.

This place is fabulous. It's spacious and has a balcony. There is a kitchenette, washing machine and drying mechanism in the bathroom. Very clean and modern. Located 12 minute walk from Hiroshima station - a really easy walk even with suitcases. Great value for money. Staff were wonderful. I accidentally broke a dispenser and they were very prompt and professional in dealing with that. Absolutely brilliant accomodation - I would definitely stay here again.

The only drawback was the lack of an elevator. Our room was located on the first floor, accessible via a narrow staircase. While it was a bit of a challenge, we managed to carry our luggage up without too much difficulty.

The accommodation is nestled on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat. It is one of the more spacious properties we've stayed in, with a room that was not only generously sized but also equipped with modern conveniences. The amenities included a washing machine and a dedicated drying room—features we truly appreciated. Located about 900 meters from the station, the flat walk made it easily accessible. The excellent soundproofing in the room ensured a restful night’s sleep, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We would still stay here again, it was excellent.

The location was surprising and little more of a walk to the station than we'd bargained for. I'm not used to walking around late at night but felt really safe regardless.

we were BLOWN away with this place. So easy to do the check in process, everything was perfect. Easily the largest and most comfortable room of our entire trip. I wish we stayed longer.

The apartment offered a good amount of space and a comfortable place to stay. It was clean and the drying facility in the bathroom was a real help. It provided us with the amenities we needed during our stay. The Lawson store around the corner was very convenient. It is worth being aware that the property is about a 40 minute walk to the Peace memorial.

No smoking area. Although parking is nearby, there is no special rate accorded for guests. Although the building is just 2 floors, there is no lift. For some elderly guests, going up with bags might be a challenge.

Location is easily accessible and quiet. Room is well equipped, hi-tech, and conducive for longer stays. Contactless check-in and check-out.

Excellent choice! Not far from the station, a very cosy appartment with a small balcony, washing machine very useful. Samll kitchenette with everything you need. Overall clean and quiet! 4 people fit without any difficulties. Easy check in/out. Definitely the best one we had over our stay in Japan.

No receptionist. You needed a code to get in. Unfortunately, the message we got from the hotel was only in Japanese with no English translation and we ended up going to the wrong hotel not knowing that there were 3 Grand Base hotels in Hiroshima. It was our error for just looking online for a Grand Base hotel which was the first one listed online.

The room was roomy and included a kitchen, washing machine and dryer in the shower room. We also had an adjoining room which was almost identical. Cleanliness was above expectations. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station. There were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby as well as in the Hiroshima train station. Beds were very comfortable. We did get help from a wonderful young lady to help us check-in as we had gone to the wrong Grand Base hotel. She spoke excellent English and picked us up from the wrong hotel. We were very thankful for her help.

Everything. The room was spacious, even for a family of four. The location was great - a walking distance from Hiroshima station. The area around the hotel is clean, safe, and has plenty of eating options: lots of restaurants and eateries are nearby. The room itself was modern and perfectly clean. The lighting was great. The bathroom was spacious, clean and completely modern. This hotel exceeded our expectations, by far. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had stayed longer.

Had an extremely good stay at this hotel. Far exceeded my expectation. Nothing to fault except the location which is a slightly far from Hiroshima Station but it is still within walking distance (10 to 15 mins walk). 1. Everything you need for a stay is provided. Very complete. 2. Very huge and spacious for 4 of us. 3. Shower has very high pressure. 4. Very modern and sophisticated facility. 5. Check in and out was super easy. 6. Very fast in replying queries albeit there was no reception on site. 7. Comfortable bed. 8. Quiet location. 9. Very clean. 10. Bathroom was heated and can dry clothes after washing with the washing machine provided Conclusion: Value for money; paid 3 star hotel price but got 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended.
