The staff was amazing, including the management. I had a small problem during the breakfast. The solution and all the attention of the management was really outstanding. The A/C was not working properly for a few days. It was suggested that we left patio door open - but we had a toddler with us & a 5 yr old. Door was never left open. Issue did finally get resolved. I was the only person in line to speak to one of 2 persons at reservation desk. We were hoping to extend our stay & had questions. After they assisted those they were helping - I continued to wait. They both totally ignored me. Same experience at dessert bar in lobby. I walked away. These were surprising & very sad experiences.

It was super clean, our grand executive room has the best view of the ocean & American Village. They made our wedding anniversary super memorable & special! What we love the most is that the whole staff from servers, guest relations, managers, cleaning team, everyone are super friendly & helpful & always had a smile on their face. Japanese people are the most hardworking, down to earth & very respectful & helpful!

A bit pricy for 2 days and there was a bunch of scaffolding outside my window so the view was a bit ruined.

It’s smack right next to American Village basically inside it, great location lots of restaurants, easy to walk around and plenty of taxi’s. The check in process is easy and the facility itself is very well taken care of.

The breakfast area was not very good for Covid. So many people but they did not have the option to take the food back to the rooms. If the weather was good, it would have been okay because they have a huge balcony and when we had the chance one day, it was fabulous to eat outside. Another thing to think about is the fact that it’s really close to the American Village. Good in many ways but I did not feel completely safe walking with my child in the evening.

The location was great, room and facilities were great too. Many restaurants around the hotel. It was of the only hotels that still had an indoor pool and outdoor pool open in November. It was too cold outside but we enjoyed the indoor pool. They had all the things that you need for children.

We hoped to eat at the hotel restaurant but unfortunately we didn’t know it would be closed during our stay. But of course we understand that during this corona period, traffic is very low for the hotel and they can’t function as usual like before. Next time we stay at the hotel we will definitely plan to come over the weekend.

The hotel was exactly as you would expect when you stay with the the Hilton. Service and cleanliness was very good and the location was perfect.

Due to typhoon we couldn’t use the outside pools which is why we booked in the first place! Not the hotels fault but just annoying!
