You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location was second to none.- A short stroll under cover between station and Hotel. Room had power adaptors built in. Not a bad view and close to all amenities, food etc

United States of AmericaNoisy party down the hall two late nights in a row and getting someone to deal with it required going down to front desk because no one answered the phone. Seating in lobby is only available if you buy something in the restaurant even if you’re staying in the hotel. No coffee maker!!! And just two packs of instant coffee. Other Hilton’s have Nespresso coffee makers in them.

AustraliaThe decor of the rooms looked a little old. You had to take off your shoes to enter the fitness centre and were provided with slippers instead. It was too hard to run on a treadmill with slippers.
