Have no suitable space to put the luggage in the room. If I put the luggage in front of the bathroom, it will block the room's door. If I put it next to the bed, it will block the chair. So I have to put it on the middle, which makes me have to walk over my luggage every time when I use the bathroom.

Near the train station, not far from the shopping area and market. The room is beautifully decorated, with nice furniture. / Lobby is also look nice.

It was very well located, with great restaurants around and easily access to train and metro. The hotel shows its years but it's still very comfortable, clean and with everything one might need. Staff is very kind and welcoming.

No cold water dispenser though not sure if I missed it. The check out time at 10 am is a bit early. 11 would be better. Would be good if breakfast can be extended for another hour. This will be helpful for late risers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, being close to the Sapporo train station and the odori park. There are great local restaurants nearby. Although the room is small, which is expected, it is very clean and it has everything we need. We would come back here again!

We got a room without a view. Facing directly at another building's wall, with only about 30cm gap between the buildings.

Breakfast was nice. Not a big buffet but nice. The location is good, close to Sapporo St. And the public bath was nice and clean.

I had a smoking room and although technically clean it had seen better days. The window didn't open for fresh air.

The staff are courteous and helpful with maps of the local area. The beds were comfortable and the room was large enough. The bathroom was well stocked.

There was no attached restaurant, but there are enough places nearby to go to.

The hotel is located close to the station and to the Metro, so you can easily get around. There are a large number of eateries in the vicinity, with a wide range of cuisines available. The hotel is tucked away from the main street, so I found it very quiet, though it may be easily missed.

Floors only have a thin layer of carpet over the concrete so they are really cold. Take thick socks to walk around in as the cold floor will cool the room down a lot (I was there in winter)

Hotel is in a really great location halfway between the train station and Odori Park. Rooms are really large, have their own heating and cooling, are soundproof and have a regular sized unit bath.
