This Onsen was legitimately one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life. I have never in my life felt as much comfort and relaxation than I have here. It was so serene that my wife literally teared up when we left. The staff was kind and respectful. We had gotten in-room massages, drinks, and more. The hot spring rejuvenated us. The bed was comfy. Everything was perfect, and I'll honestly never forget how amazing this was. I hope that a lot of people get an opportunity to do this at one point of their lives. Just so they can feel pure joy.

MalaysiaThe hotel offers a quiet and exclusive experience for me and my hubby. We are very happy with the room which has comfy bed, indoor onsen and very clean. The food is delicious and they served both breakfast and dinner in our room, which we feel very comfortable and relax when dining. The staff are also so friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the staff who helped us during our stay and we hope to be back there again.

AustraliaThe only down-side was one need to notify staff and being escorted around / out of the hotel. Understand this was the concept of the hotel but perhaps mentioned this on the website if not already mentioned.
Food (breakfast & dinner) were all very good. Staff very friendly and helpful even though there is a slight language barrier. Room's layout, lighting, cleanliness are all superb

The service was unmatched - everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we asked for.
