This was my second time staying here. It's such a nice hotel and attached to Nagano station so it was very convenient for our 1 night stay. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious as well.

They had aircon set to Winter mode and you could not change it to cool down. It was a 21 degree day and the room temp at night was 25 degrees. Told us to open window which meant very loud train noise till very late and from very early.

Amazing location next to Nagano station. Massive room etc.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Fantastic location, large spacious lobby that has an upmarket feel, The staff are excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough we would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are using the train or buses.

Very convenient as the hotel was connected to the station. Short walk through the station to the bus stop to head to the snow monkeys. Very good value for money.

The link to Mi Do Ri from level 2 to 3 is staircase. You got to exit to use the escalator.

The location - directly next to the train station - was very convient for trips to Matsumoto, Matsushiro and Togakushi. Also, we had the best sushi (and sushi chef!) in the restaurant in the hotel. Don’t miss the evening view at the bar on the top floor.

The supposedly famous French toast at the Esther expensive breakfast isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be (but they have ice cream, that’s awesome actually)

It's actually in the train station. We stayed there to go on the snow monkey park tour and it was so convenient as it was in the station. The station had a food court upstairs and food shops on station level. The other side had a big clothing mall which we discovered too late. But all good.

i really do not have anything that i disliked at this hotel. In fact, the next time we return to Nagano, it will be here that i would wish to stay

the location was the key attraction. the hotel is linked to Midori where food and transport is easily accessible. It was very important as it meant that my 80+ year old mother is able to walk to the train station warm as we were in Nagano during winter. Food at Midori was great as always, there are really nice eating places close by as well. Next is the ease of transportation - most of the buses are routed here, so getting around Nagano is very easy. The room is a really good size and everything was clean

The kettle water boiler was too old, it took too long to boil the water and it is very difficult to pour the water.

Location was excellent & they delivery our left luggages into our room once it is available after 15:00

Very polite and helpful staff. Right beside the train station while being very quiet in the room. Room was spacious and very clean. Great breakfast buffet. Good starting base to go around and explore Nagano.

The location is very good. It is very closed to the train station and many eating places too. We arrived around 1pm plus and the rooms were ready. We were very happy! The room was comfortable too.
