We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe staff seems to be not speaking a lot of English which was unexpected for a 4* hotel. The breakfast does not offer a lot of variety and does not feature any non-lactose or vegan options.
The hotel was very clean and features a spa area which was appreciated. The beds were good, but nothing special. The check-out process was pretty straightforward and the location is pretty central.

SingaporeThe underground parking arrangement. Small number of lots, each costing ¥1500 per night. You can get the ticket validated before you drive out for the day, so you do not end up paying parking charges. However, I never got a chance to park in the hotel by the time i returned every night as the carpark was full all 3 nights I stayed there. Tip : just park at nearby carparks...most only charge ¥400-800 for overnight parking if you exit by 8am (generally). The carpark does not have customer lifts. So make sure you unload your bags in front of the hotel (which does not have sufficient space to park your vehicle properly) before you drive down to the carpark.
Location of hotel is excellent. Decent selection of food within walking distance. 2 supermarkets nearby. Also nearby is the Karasuma station. 20min walk away from Teramachi shopping arcade.
