The location of the property meant that there were very little food options available. We ended up buying food from a convenience store as the ramen restaurant nearby was full and didn't have an English menu.

The beds were firm and comfortable and the hotel was relatively close to the airport - however the cab was quite expensive (42,000 yen) due to airport and bridge charges. There was a free transfer to the nearest train station (1 mile away) on check-out where trains departed for Osaka and Kyoto. Breakfast was included and was a great way to introduce us to Japanese food.

Convenient and ideal for a night's stay prior to departing from Osaka airport. The rooms were simple but confortable. There is a convenience store, drug store and fast food restaurant close by for all your day to day needs. Parking is available at the hotel.

Didn’t know how loverly it was until we move back to this place in KIX.

Loved the view. Of the river and bridge. And around corner next little street right. great little eating place open all day. English food with people who understand english and are so so ok cooks. plus local. Coffee shop around corner. Also that understands what we are saying. Problem in Japan they do not understand English think we are all American. Do not want like.

The hotel is quite far from the outlet mall. You have to take a taxi to go to the outlet mall. The hotel does not offer shuttle service to the outlet. And another thing, the receptionist does not talk English. Very hard to communicate. But its good that we use google translate to communicate with one another.

The Japanese breakfast is really great. We love it very much. Its a complete balance meal. My husband and I appreciated the service done to us that morning. And also, we were given a free ride to the outlet mall that morning.

Odd smell in the rooms and corridor but windows open Breakfast very sparse on options - wouldn’t base a decision to stay there on the breakfast.

Picked this hotel purely for its proximity to Kansai airport, for the night before our flight. Perfect for this purpose. For sightseeing it’s not ideal as the closest subway station is about a 20 minute walk ( there may be a pick up/ drop off option offered by hotel) and there are limited eating options nearby. We did spend time at Rinku premium outlet which was within easy walking distance. This is where was also had dinner. Staff were helpful and friendly

The room is not big, not new, that's the only flaw of the good hotel. But it's still cozy and clean and quiet.

Breakfast is really nice. Not a big dinning room but the meals were very good. The staff, they are so patient and professional. The MS who can speak Chinese was so calm and chill and helpful. She and her colleague drive me to the subway station in the morning for my flight and they walked me to the ticket booth to make sure i can get a ticket by credit card then they went. They really take my thing seriously, which impressed me so much. Love Japan more.

Nobody speaked English. Luckily google translate saved the situation. We were leaving early in the and for start they wanted us to walk to the train station 1,2km with suitcases and said no taxi comes before 5:30 but after almost 1 hour of trying they booked one for 5:00. In the room was very warm as AC was off and so was the fridge. Bathroom was smelling after cigarettes🤢 and breakfast included in price was served from 6:00 so we had to leave hungry🥴

Exceptional hotel close to the airport. Located near the beach and a few restaurants (and of course convenience store) offering big rooms and decent breakfast. The hotel looks like brand new, its really well-maintained. Its uber clean, all needed items like a shaver, slippers etc are provided. A free shuttle bus to the closest station is a massive advantage if you are flying out from KIX airport! The reception staff went an extra mile to help, can really recommend it.

Although close to the airport, taxi is extremely expensive. The room: one small and pretty hard pillow; there is a step to enter the bathroom—so, during the night, this might be an issue. There is no sound barrier between the room and the hallway: if you have guests arriving late in the night, and if they are talking, you'll be waking each time (bring ear plugs). For a hotel close to the airport, how come nobody at the front desk speaks even a few words of English?

The hotel is very close to the airport by taxi — but one of the most expensive taxi rides I have had in one year! Basic hotel, good price.

What make this hotel fabulous, the staff! I wrote several emails before arriving, they were answered very promptly. Hotel shuttle, on time and reliable. The staff at the dining area, VERY warm and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to friends!
