The price has gone up in the last six months, but luckily not by too much. Not as much of a bargain for a couple as it is for a single traveller, mind. Is it silly to complain about the view? Yes, it is. Other than that, no complaints. An average middle-rank hotel for an average middle-rank price.

Check-in was extremely fast and smooth. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had in Japan, with items like steak and French toast being especially good. And of course the location is superb. The room was functional and comfortable enough, if bland.

Convenience. Great for transition back home. My friend and I stayed at Hotel Nikko after 6 week stay in Japan. We did a last minute shopping spree in Osaka for souvenirs/gifts for family and friends. Convenient location meant we didn’t have to lug an extra suitcase on the train.

This may be obvious, but do not plan on staying here longer than a single night if visiting Japan as a tourist. The location is not convenient to Osaka or any other nearby tourism destinations.

Perfect location if you need a place to crash for one night after a very late arrival.

Often times the prices are heavily inflated, possibly due to high demand. I personally wouldn't hold this against Hotel Nikko, however I would really appreciate it if there was some form of price regulation, or some form of transparency regarding their pricing policies.

I appreciated the location of the hotel, as it is truly 5 minutes away to the airport. The service was spectacular, and the employees were incredibly polite.

You couldn't get any closer to the airport! There are lots of shops and restaurants around for food. The room was a decent size and the staff were welcoming.

Not much things we didn't like. Might be better if there were more food shops around.

They prepared cot for my 15 months old. He slept well in it. Room was specious. The location was perfect for our early morning flight.

It's a really good hotel - the decor is a little dated but it's very clean and the rooms are a reasonable size.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is ideally placed at Osaka Kansai airport - literally 3 minutes walk from the terminal. Very helpful staff. Very clean and quiet room - with a view of the runway. Perfect for flying in or flying out of Kansai.

No good restaurant, we had to cross to the airport for dinner.

We had a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The location - right across Kansai Airport, 3 minutes walk; main reason we booked this hotel. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows, nice toiletries, provided sleep wear. Quiet considering the volume of people in the airport. Convenient store just outside the hotel.
