the air conditioning wasn’t particularly good and the switches sparked however this hotel is still excellent!

In such a convenient location! connected to the major station, a 20-30 minute walk to every popular attraction ( deer park, shopping, shrines etc ). the staff went above and beyond, were so helpful in every possible way.

There is no free parking underground even though we stayed for two nights. Its all paid parking but I think this is normal in Japan? I think the hotel is a bit older so the rooms we were given were quite far from the lift. The pillow was very thin and we had to request extra pillows. Carpeted floors made it very hard to push our heavy luggages.

Location was superb, next to the train station/bus in Nara which made the hotel very busy. The breakfast buffet however, features wonderful spread of Japanese /western food and all of us enjoyed it very much. The public bahthouse on 6th floor was a good experience though a bit small. Staff were courteous. Great 24 hour pharmarcy and several convenient stores near the hotel.

Really close to the train station so great for location, easy to find and had plenty of food options nearby. Rooms were clean and tidy. Simple for a 1 night stay.

The bathroom was abit too small. The toilet and shower facilities are located in the same room, which makes it kinda cramped.

The facilities in the room are relatively old, the bathtub will make abnormal noise, and the bathroom is a little moldy but not serious.

The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, the location of the hotel is excellent, the staff service is excellent, and the hotel has many breakfast categories and the taste is very good.

It right next to the JR Train Line. Has a big grocery almost below it and good restaurants. Welcome Lounge, Mini Onsen, Laundromat, Massage Chairs are a big plus. The Japanese breakfast buffet is amazing!

Meals are pricey. It is about a 30 minute walk to Nara Park or old Nara. We found the beds unomfortable . We could feel the springs. Perhaps time for new mattresses!

Very close to JR Station in Nara, 3 minute walk. Very, clean and quiet hotel even though it is so near the railway. Staff speak English and were helpful. Lovely onsen.

The complimentary drink service could’ve been better if they had had English breakfast tea and beer.

Location was excellent as it’s right next to the JR train station. A cot for my baby was available and they offered us to upgrade the room which had separated bath and toilet with additional fee 2,000 yen per night. The room was spacious.

Breakfast, service, room all perfect value for money. Very well organized for breakfast, no long queues or wait despite of busy season of new year holiday. Also very tasty and we could try all sorts of Nara dishes with wonderful service. Well located by JR Nara station. Highly recommended.

The price of the available room could have been cheaper since I traveled alone. Would be nice if they had more Japanese dishes to choose from that did not have any eggs or dairy products.

Breakfast for western taste was very poor. Staff were interested in getting people in rather than looking after people. At 0730h tour groups filled the no windows room and like other we were shunted into a side conference room which was cold in all respects. We waited for space in the dining room which we found ourselves. The two staff had lost interest and the suited guy on the door was still just getting people in - anywhere! No. Breakfast was not good in any way.
