The service was excellent, and the amenities were outstanding. Particularly, the complimentary lounge for guests offered not only wine, beer, and sparkling wine, but also soft drinks, cookies, and light snacks, which was a nice touch.

Room size was great, clean, quiet. Complementary drinks in the evening was exciting everytime arriving at the hotel no matter how tired we felt. Gratitude treats was a huge hit with the kids. Bathroom big and perfect for all our 3 young kids to have a shower at the same time. Train station at door step so convenient. Shopping just outside. Bus schedule to Disneyland.

Room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent location. Has direct access to Shin-Urayasu Station—just one stop away from Maihama Station (Disneyland). Surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and the ATREA shopping mall, it’s incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping.

It was a perfect stay for our Disneyland and Disneysea trip. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to both places which took only 15 minutes. We used the airport limousine bus which stopped at the Shin Urayasu Station and was only a two minute walk from the hotel. We enjoyed free wine, beer, ice cream, pancake and other things for light supper after a long day at Disneyland. A 24hrs Lawson and that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with plentiful choices of restaurants are very useful. We will definitely come back to stay here for our Disney trip. The reception was helpful booking us a taxi to go to our next hotel in Asakusa.

This was the favourite hotel of our Japan trip stay. Needless to say, the kids loved the free lolly buffet, and drinks station, and the toiletries room! The room was very clean and felt new. The location was exceptional, right next to a convenient train station, on a line to Tokyo. And a close shopping mall for souvenirs on our last day. Would stay here again readily

There doesn’t appear to be good insulation as we could hear people walking around above us all night long so we didn’t sleep well for the 3 x nights we were there!

The welcome lounge was amazing and the amenities room for pjs and skin care etc! The free Disney shuttle was also amazing!
