A lot was under construction when we stayed, limiting our dinner options. Also, because we were an end hall unit, the wind, which was super strong during all days of our stay, was particularly loud as it whipped against the wall and against our balcony. It was not nearly as loud in the room next to us where some of our family stayed.

Our ocean view room was at the very end of the hall, so we had a nice wide view of the ocean. The room was huge, very comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was also huge and clean. One of our rooms was for four people and it easily and comfortably fit four plus luggage. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety. Proximity to the aquarium was the main factor for us staying here. It was a very quick walk (10 minutes or so), even for the elderly members of our group with plenty of places to stop and rest between. Discounted aquarium tickets can be purchased at the tour counter in the lobby.

The indoor swimming pool is small. I am surprised they don’t have a gym The toiletries do not up to 5 stars . The room Doesn’t provide body lotion and bath salt I think it would be even more thoughtful if there are bikes for guests to rent.

Other than the aquarium, there's not a lot to do in the area. If there had been more to do, we would have loved to stay longer. Access needs to improve, it's either a 3.5 hour bus ride or a 20,000 yen taxi from/to Naha, perhaps an express bus would help.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We requested a room near the elevator due to mobility issues, the hotel accommodated us, enabling us to more easily visit all the hotel's facilities.

It's a 5 star rated hotel, but the breakfast was disappointing. (Not too many warm dishes/ traditional food.) Also the chopsticks are difficult to use.

Perfect location if you want to spend somedays at the north, close to the aquarium. The swimming pool is good. Breakfast is good but its very busy in the morning and buffet dinner is also nice! There's kids painting workshop at night which is perfect as there's nothing else to do nearby at night.

The pool opening hours were a bit disappointing, didn't open til 9am and closed at 5pm, which doesn't make a lot of sense, it was still 25 degrees celsius overnight, a nighttime swim would have been great. It also took quite a while to access the pool due to having to switch elevators between wings.

Modern, clean and well-equipped hotel, with amazing views and sunsets, good buffet breakfast, and easy access to the beach. Spacious room with a great bathroom and amazing view. Walking distance to the aquarium and a lawson super close.

had to ask for additional floor cleaning after check-in as some footprints were visible and we wanted our baby to crawl around. Beds could be more comfortable. even 2 days after Taifun the beach was still closed for swimming while all beach’s around were open all the time.
