Breakfast is not good value at Y1600, staff English is poor, only one TV channel!!!. Decor is dated.

Not very easy to find (turn right out of the station – not left!) Rooms were quite small and felt quite outdated The bathroom was modern and clean, really nice shower

Attached to a station (about 5-7 minutes to reach the platform) so it's convenient to get around Able to drop your key off to reception so you don't have to worry about it during the day Helpful staff

The room looks a bit dated , unfortunately we had noisy neighbours who were quite inconsiderate at all hours.

It is in a good location overlooking the river , a close walk to the castle and has a shopping centre under the hotel with numerous restaurants and supermarkets.

Conveniently located close to Metro and J R-Station, only short walk to Osaka Castle, next to the river with Coffee-Shops and nice views. Also shopping-mall downstairs

Hotel is dated but clean.

Good location. On top of Temmabashi Station. 2 stations by subway to Umeda- Osaka Station. Direct line by Keihan Rail to Kyoto. Surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. Close to Osaka Castle. Facing riverside.

Beds are hard and its decor is a bit dated. It could use an upgrade however the price point is very good, so any upgrade would probably render the property much more expensive.

The location was perfect as it was located on the river with a great view of the Tenjin Matsuri festival. Also it’s above a metro station and mall.

Room was a little smaller than what I expected. Not sure the little fridge was working but I did not need it. Couldnt make the tv works.. maybe it's lacking like an explanation how to turn it on..etc. Also wish there was a plug closer to the bed.

Bed and pillow were comfy ! The AC was life savior. Close to the train station. The area was really nice/pretty and convenient. I will definitively came back. Breakfast was GREAT and staff was super nice. Wish breakfast had more choice of "sweet".

The air conditioning was somewhat disappointing compared to other hotels around the same price point. Not too big an issue for my friend and I but there wasn't a table to sit at, was a sofa though. As I said though not much of an issue

We had twin beds because we wanted a river view room and so we compromised-not a problem, but it wasn't what we'd prefer. We were there to sightsee, we only need a room to sleep and shower, so we're not picky. But...The room was surprisingly shabby, two couches (why two?) with stains on them (Eww), the beds were not comfortable, the worn out towels need replacing. Honestly we were very surprised. It was disappointing, with an upgrade it would be a terrific choice to stay.

The front desk staff were very nice and checked us in quickly. The view from our room was wonderful. Osaka Castle was walking distance. The lounge, when it was open, had a lovely view as well. It's close/next door to the train station, and the restaurant options in the adjoining mall were terrific. It was a quiet location, easy to find and the trains took us everywhere easily.

We booked two rooms and asked for rooms with rive view, but didn't get even one. We went there for the festival and the river view is important to watch the festival. So it is a bit disappointment.

The hotel is at the river with good view. Breakfast is super with many choices. Price is also good compared with services.

There is this big couch inside the room and we no longer have space for our luggage. I think what is best is that a small table witb comfortable chairs should have been enough.

they close the hotel front door after midnight. you have to call the security to open it up for you. could be an issue for some one who don’t speak Japanese.

Small rooms and they're in need of modernisation! Only standard 2 pin sockets, no USB connections.

Great location next to the schooling centre, station and close to the castle. Plenty of vending machines, good choices for breakfast.

The staff and hotel manager were very helpful . The air condition in my room was not working so when I went up To them they immediately changed my room and upgraded me to a better room with a better view on the canal side
