Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaNothing to mention..thank you.
I am a repeat visitor to this hotel and my friends from Sumitomo and Mitsui groups recommended this hotel when I arrived in Japan 1st time in 2014. The location is excellent. Facilities are also top notch and it gives a glimpse if Japanese hospitality.. Centrally located and well connected my metro and monorail (Urikamome).. Hamarikyu garden is 5 min walk, which is a wonderful place to be in. Would recommend to business as well as leisure travellers.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the 25th floor lobby floors during midday. You can see all the scratches and imperfections when it's a hot day with bright, harsh sunlight. The windows were visibly dirty with the harsh sunlight. Of the four days that we were there, it was only that one day. The rest of the days were overcast, rainy, and light clouds. The windows and the floors weren't as noticable.
The staff treated each customer with respect and didn't rush anyone. You may have to wait a while but once it's your turn, no one rushes you and they take good care of you. The hotel is centrally located and has easy access to different trains, cabs, etc. The lobby's on the 25th floor of the building and they have the most spectacular view of the Tokyo Towers (and on our last day we got to see a beautiful view of the shy mountain, Mount Fuji!). The food was delicious. The hotel had quiet, respectful guests. Lots of foreigners and not a whole lot of children. I love the Art Museum theme of the place.

United States of AmericaRestaurant quality was not amazing but good. Pizza was good. My family wanted some western meals and it made them happy.
Rooms were relatively spacious by Tokyo standards. Staff was very helpful and attentive. They stored our bags for several days when we went to Kyoto and then returned to the Park Hotel Tokyo. Rooms and the facility were very clean. The bar and restaurant had great views and the food was western and quality good. The location in Shimbashi Shiodome is quiet but a 10 minute walk gets you to Shimbashi station (subway). It’s about a 30 minute walk to the Ginza section and imperial gardens. The art theme is also quite lovely. The room temperature could be adjusted which allowed us to cool the room for comfortable sleep. Many Japanese hotels have a central temperature control and the rooms are too hot for me.

This is a beautiful hotel with an incredible view of Tokyo including Tokyo Tower. We were fortunate to get a clear day and were able to see Mt Fuji from our room. The hotel itself is very nice and elegant. We stayed in the room ‘Wabi Sabi’. The decor of the room was very neat and we were glad to have gotten this artist room. The room was a good size and had a good bathroom. The provided toiletries smelled great. The staff was fantastic and helped with all of our questions. The hotel is very close to two subway lines and had great restaurants in walking range. Overall a fantastic experience. We were happy to have picked this hotel.

CanadaIf Japanese immersion is what you want, you won't find it here. It is not the hotel's fault, though the guests seem to be all foreigners (and some of them are quite obnoxious). Coming on a business trip and want to stay in a hotel for the view? This is your place. Looking to experience Japan for its culture? Perhaps look elsewhere. Finally, although you still get good value for your money, the hotel does scratch the cost ceiling of its bracket. Oh, and don't expect much nightlife around here. It's the business district, after all.
Park Hotel is a classy, art-driven hotel at the heart of Ginza. You pay for the location, the view, the service, and the art if you stay in one of their special rooms. I usually stay here during my last couple of nights every time I travel to the city because of easy access to everything (and of course, the view at the end of the day). In terms of cost-per-luxury, this is a very good deal before jumping into the next cost bracket.

United KingdomIt isnt cheap but considering the view, design and breakfasts, it is very worth it!
Amazing room with a great view over the tower and view of Mount Fuji. Comfortable and relatively large room by Tokyo standards. The art work around the hotel is good and the restaurant is wonderful. All staff are great. Excellent location, brilliant that the shuttle bus from Narita stops right at the hotel making it so easy to travel to the hotel. Breakfasts are great - lots of choice.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was very comfortable - the lobby is on the 25th floor and there are 9 floors of rooms above it. We enjoyed the art work on display throughout the hotel. The rooms were good size, with drawers for clothes, allowing guests to be able to unpack. The restaurant and lounge areas had great views and were very convenient, although a little more expensive than food you could find on the streets. The hotel is right over the Shiodome subway station, and in close proximity to the Shimbashi station. Most of the larger lines go through Shimbashi, and it was a little complex trying to figure out how to get from one station to the other underground. The hotel is in more of a business part of town, a little quiet at night, but a short ride to other more active areas
