Great location, plenty of space. Walking distance from zoo, museum and lots of street food. A grocery store and 7/11 nearby to stock the fridge in the room. Washer in tte bathroom and drying racks on the porch. Also a laundry mat around the corner if you don’t want to wait for clothes to airdry

Fantastic location. Very close to Shinsekai market, family mart and train stations. Well appointed room. Very clean and tidy. Good wifi. Suited our family of 4(2a2c). Very easy check in. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

We loved it! Great location, easy to get to anywhere in Osaka. Checking was super easy. The room was way bigger than we expected! Amazing! Spotless clean! So good. We really loved it. Everything went perfectly.

Check in was semi-automated on a tablet but still needed a staff member to call in in remotely over Skype. It was manageable but may be a little daunting to some.

The bed on the upper deck is thin.

Location - walking distance from a few train stations. One of the train stations connects directly to Kansai airport. All the train stations just 1 stop away from attractions. Waking distance to Osaka tower. Lots of convenient stores nearby. Amenities - everything I needed for a week stay available in the room. I was able to do laundry, even though there’s no dryer function you can set the machine so that it can spin slightly longer. There are enough hangers given to hang clothes after washing. Space - the family room has a dining space . Ample space to open up more than 2 luggage at the same time. Comfortable for a family of 4 people. Provide luggage storage space for free.

So far so good!

The location is superb. Near to many train stations. There are a few convenience store and plenty of dining options nearby the premise. The room is equipped with all necessity we expected and comfortable. The area is quiet and near to shinsekai area. Bonus for last minute souvenir shopping at don quijote.

Pillows were super hard. I ended up using a spare doona as a pillow. Checkin using the tablet was not straightforward in English but Joe realised (remotely) I was trying to figure it out and rang me which was much appreciated.

Space, comfortable bed, clean, good location only a couple of minutes walk from subway entrance. Special thanks to Joe for helping with checkin.

Near ebisu station.Yet a little bit far from Shin Imamiya station which i used more during my trip. I got confused when trying to identify which one is the blanket /futon

Not a big issue, but the karaoke bar beside was quite loud.

It was nice and very Homey. Very spacious for a family of 4. The double bunk bed was comfortable enough and a nice tatami sitting area to eat and relax. Even without a staff to assist you, the system was very organised. And assistance when needed was there.

The beds and pillows were insanely cheap and not comfortable at all. It really put a downer on the whole place unfortunately. One of the walls had water dripping down on it from the people upstairs using the shower incorrectly, but the owner was quick to respond and helped make sure it was all good.

The hotel was in a good location, being a short walk to multiple stations and also being a 20 minute walk from DenDen Town. The overall space was pretty nice for the room of that size and felt like enough space even with 5 people.

The top bunk has a very thin mattress which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The owner allowed us to check in early and met us personally to do so despite it usually being an automated thing. The flat is well located for public transport and has several restaurants around. There is a small room where you can sit on cushions to play cards/eat etc.
