There should be another option for complementary breakfast like cheese sandwich and black coffee. The blind should block outside light more ... a darker room is more suitable for a good sleep

It was cramped to be expected in Japan.

Very near to Kyoto and JR subways. Family mart nearby is a kureneko tai-q-bin which is handy for luggage transfer.

The breakfast was not so much. Information on the booking.com homepage was confusing (breakfast included or not, late check-in possible or not,...)

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Everything was modern and well organized.

the laundry is great to have but there is not nearly enough to facilitate an entire hotel ( only 3 x washing/dryer machines).

Fresh towels and bedding every day was a great touch. close to shopping, food and not far from train stations. especially as we only travelled by foot.

Modern and very clean hotel. Room size was good for japan. Breakfast was Japanese so abit different but still nice. Was not as easy to get a taxi van to train station but sussed a bus quite easily. Taxi to the market was about 1000yen, so was very responsible. Really nice place to stay.

Pretty much everything. The property itself was great. Spacious room for one or two people. Toilet separate from shower, which for me is a must. Laundry available as long as other guests aren’t using it. Extremely centered location. Just a few blocks away from Gion district. Surrounded by restaurants, izakaya, fast food spots… Absolutely wonderful experience.

Close to bus stops but farther from subway stations. About 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area. The room was nice, I would stay here again.

The shower facilities are a little cramped. Check in/out was slower because we had to use machines which did not work - other people seemed to have the same issues. I really think it would be best if hotels didn't rely on such tech when a person can be much more helpful.

The room is spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is reasonably close to a train line so access from Osaka is not difficult. A Japanese-style breakfast (meat, soup, rice - coffee was 200yen extra) breakfast was included which was a good start to the day.

a bit far out from the main sights of Kyoto

Good room size, comfortable large beds, big TV. provided free water bottles and amenities including pyjamas. Very clean and staff were helpful. Very quick check-in and out. Breakfast was decent though there was a surcharge for coffee which seems a bit stingy

I think the complimentary breakfast was not tasty, I didn't eanz to take ot the second day. No free coffee. I could not open the window for 2 days. So we used just air conditioning.

The location, the room, the modern furniture, the stuff., the price was with a discount in the first day.

The bed was a bit firm for my liking but other than that it was a nice quiet place.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The amenties are in the main lobby which is really convenient when coming in for the night. A bit of a commute from the station but has some restaurants around it.
