Everything. Room was nice, bathroom was perfect (we love the shower and the semi traditional design too!). Breakfast (especially the miso soup) was like a homecooked meal which we love very much.

everything is GOOD, just got a water pressure and not consistency with hot & cold water problem only for Room501 and others room is fine.(already tell front desk in the first day but did not come back to me until the last day! ).( I've total booked 5 rooms for 6nights)

Loved everything. Especially the chef. He was a true Japanese gentleman.

The customer service was fantastic, this is the best hotel I've stayed at which I've booked through booking.fom. the service was unbelievable. The staff was polite, friendly well mannered and could not do anymore to make our stay go better. The kitchen staff and especially the chef was a absolute delight. The chef made my Japanese experience 10/20 each day fresh prepared Japanese food. The chef told me what the food was and explained all the details. Asked me questions and really cared for breakfast, authentic Japanese rooms and beds. Location was perfect 5 mins walk to a train or metro. 5 minsa from namba station and key areas. Main street 5 mins away with all tourist attraction. Rooms and hotel clean. Perfect. Staff amazing.

No elevators. The room needs a physical key not key card. Leaving the key to the staff if you want the room to be cleaned.

Good location but a bir far from all stations. Staff are very nice and helpful. They clean your room well and bring up your luggage.

The location is great, it a new build hotel. Really liked the room, was very comfortable, very clean. The Stuff was very friendly and helpful. I would book it again if I visit Osaka again 👍

The location was great. The room was a very good size. The staff was very friendly (especially the man in charge of breakfast). Please note that there is no lift. It was not an issue for us, but it's good for people to be aware of this.

the only things is they don’t have an elevator so if you are in the higher floors it’s gonna be a climb, best to pack light.

The hotel was comfortable, it’s a walking distance from the train station and dotonbori. They have a coin laundry so you can wash clothes when you need.
