The customer service was fantastic, this is the best hotel I've stayed at which I've booked through booking.fom. the service was unbelievable. The staff was polite, friendly well mannered and could not do anymore to make our stay go better. The kitchen staff and especially the chef was a absolute delight. The chef made my Japanese experience 10/20 each day fresh prepared Japanese food. The chef told me what the food was and explained all the details. Asked me questions and really cared for breakfast, authentic Japanese rooms and beds. Location was perfect 5 mins walk to a train or metro. 5 minsa from namba station and key areas. Main street 5 mins away with all tourist attraction. Rooms and hotel clean. Perfect. Staff amazing.

Philippinesthe only things is they don’t have an elevator so if you are in the higher floors it’s gonna be a climb, best to pack light.
The hotel was comfortable, it’s a walking distance from the train station and dotonbori. They have a coin laundry so you can wash clothes when you need.
