Everything was perfect for the price!

Ryokan style room for half of the price of an actual ryokan. Great quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and a 24 hour desk certainly helps. Close to the station and a short walk into Shinjuku for bars and restaurants.

Perfect location and accessible to the Shin-Okubo station, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants. We also love our room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all necessities like toiletries. Most of all, we love how hospitable and helpful the staff are :) Will definitely stay here again given the chance! ありがとうございます!

I didn't find anything I didn't like.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They kept our bags even after checking out so we could explore the city. The hotel is located in a good area with a lot of things going on and close to the train station. The room is cozy and a great place to spend the night.

There is no lift so luggage needs to be carried up and down the staircase. Staff did offer to help which was very kind.

We had a very good stay here for our last four nights in Tokyo. Location was excellent as it was only less than 5 minutes walk to Shin Okubo station. The room was quite spacious for the price that we paid. There was a room separate to bedroom where we put our luggage which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. The futons were comfortable to sleep on. The room was spacious enough and clean. The staff was amazing and very friendly. There was laundry & dryer for 100 yen, which was helpful. There was AC, which kept the room warm. Location was great, 5 mins away from Yamanote Line (connecting all important points of Tokyo). Next time we come to Tokyo, we'll stay at this place again.

The location was great its very close to korea town and shin okubo jr station. The staff was very friendly and so helpful they were very kind to keep our luggage for a week while we were visiting other cities. So that was a great experience to stay there highly recommneded.

I like the location the most. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room is decent and clean. They clean our room everyday and change our towels everyday. Its been our second time to book them because we were satisfied from our first. Love that its cheap, cheapest I found.

there are stairs, so please note for those w big luggage. the room we got is a bit old with door cabinets that can’t be closed, and takes up space when we are seating down as they keep swinging open . so we bump our heads onto it sometimes which is frustrating

The fact that there was no lift; that we had to share one key for each room and leave them at reception; the 'no visitor' policy might not be for everyone (we met with a family friend and worried that they couldn't even come in to help bring in some gifts for us); occasional details missed (only one towel and pair of slippers provided in a room for two people)

Our rooms being in the traditional Japanese style (tatami, futons, etc) and having a clean bathroom with slippers provided; having kitchen and laundry facilities; the fact that they cleaned the rooms daily; helpful guides and translations for how to operate heating, TV, etc in each room. The team and staff were also very helpful with advice on where to get things, etc. The location was excellent and great value for money.
