Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceI only stayed one night and did not saw anything bad
It is a simple hotel with simple rooms that are functional. So it is affordable and it is close to the Ningyocho station meaning that it can be reached directly from Haneda through the Asakusa line. There is also the Hibiya line and the Hanzomon line that is close by. There are quite a few restaurants in the area making the stay agreable and convenient

United KingdomThe room was a very small double. Ok for a single traveller but would be a squeeze for a couple. It could also do with a lick of paint as the walls are looking tired and grubby. However, for the money, nothing I couldn’t live with.
The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location is excellent.

RussiaDouble room is quite small, but it is all at the description, so that’s ok.
Clean, nice view from the room (11th floor, ask the upper floor while booking), breakfast was tasty (all Japanese options)

United States of AmericaArea looks a bit sketchy at night. Rooms are very small. Cleans once every 3 days (this might just be me but I prefer everyday).
Nearby convenient stores. 5-8 minute walk from train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean.

RussiaStayed here twice already and will stay again if we plan a similar trip. Hotel is great, as is the location. The price is a little bit higher than in other similar hotels, but it is worth it.

TaiwanSecond time in Japan, same time, same place, same hotel! I love the staff, and the concept of room supplies placed on 1F where you can decide what you actually need, and the supplies come in a great variety too, even moisturizing facial masks and bathing salt this year!

NetherlandsThe room was missing ventilation and you could here the noice from outside in the morning of the cleaning vehicles. The rooms were having a strange smell because of the lack of vents.
They have a lot of facilities available for the guests like ironing, washing machine, dryers to name a few. The location was good next to metro and bus stops, so easily walkable to anywhere.

PhilippinesDidn't get a nice view this time and the location of our room was quite gloomy. Would have preferred where it's more airy and bright.
It's our 2nd time to stay in this hotel because we loved its location, the facilities, and the friendly staff.

United KingdomThe room was very small! I'd recommend getting a bigger room if you have more than one suitcase.
Really interesting area of Tokyo which was calm, had many local restaurants and bars, was easy to get to other parts of the city. Very good value for money.

NetherlandsThe rooms are not very big, but this is common and standard for Japan. The toilet and the shower were also not very spacious. I did have a window, which was nice, and pajamas were provided. Unfortunately, the pajamas were too small for my size (I am 184 cm), making the room feel a bit cramped. However, having a window and a bathroom with a toilet equipped with typical Japanese options was a cool feature.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was initially dissatisfied with the conditions and the value for money. However, as soon as I realized it is a convenient, mid-range business hotel for Japan, I thought I got a good deal. The hotel's location is very convenient—it’s a 7-minute walk to the Metro Station. Everything was very clean in the room and around the hotel. Downstairs at the reception, there were numerous amenities available, including toothbrushes, shaving supplies, face masks, and bath salts, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was not amazing but sufficient. You get to choose from two types of dishes—local or Western. The Western option was not that good, but there were fresh juice, rice, and different soups available. The staff was very nice, kind, and helpful every day. Check-in was very quick, around four minutes, and I could go to my room. The room was cleaned daily. Overall, I think it was a nice hotel, albeit a little expensive compared to European standards, but in line with the standard for Japan.

United KingdomI think I saw 1 roach or maybe another insect I do not know, in the hallway but it was summer and it is a big building so I don't think it was a real problem. It also felt a little uncomfortable with their being a net in the middle of the building between floors. I hope there is not a major issue in this area.
Very nice room and safe atmosphere. All employees were very polite and helpful. Was close enough to stores like familymart so I could get anything I needed fast. Great bathrooms, I appreciated being able to bathe late at night as I attended in the summer and it was quite hot outside. All of the grooming products they had, were labeled in English so it made it easy to use them and feel safe. I one time forgot the cardkey to my room and the employee at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Sometimes where I am from the employees may be rude or look frustrated so it was a nice change. Was also only a few minutes away from a bunch of stations / underground facilities so when I was traveling to Yokohama or back to the airport it was only a short walk.

HungaryBed was not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t bad.
Very convenient location (quick access to several nearby subway stations and 20 minute walk from Tokyo Station) as well as being close enough to walk to several sites such as the Imperial Palace. Staff was very friendly and there was an excellent range of amenities that one could access for free (hair masks, toothbrushes, curling iron, tea, etc). Room was small (not surprising for Tokyo), but very tidy and with everything you would need (kettle, fridge, desk, bed). Price was also very reasonable for the quality!

Hotel is conveniently located nearby two Tokyo metro stations (exit 6 of Suitengumae station or exit A6 of Ningyocho station which has an elevator). Many eateries and convenience stores are also in the area. Rooms are modest and small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast offers a selection of Western or Japanese prepared plates along with small buffet area for coffee, juice, yogurt, breads, small pastries, etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.
