Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeThe room is quite small, which may feel a little tight if you have large luggage. That said, it was still very functional and well thought out.
Simple and comfortable hotel with excellent value for money. I loved the selection of pillows, which made the stay extra cosy. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the train station.

SwedenThat breakfast is mainly Japanese ( yes I know i am in Japan). Will be good if they serve some cold cuts and cheese, yoghurt.
It is not that far and near to 2 stations (one stop to Ueno). Hotel is generous - free toiletries and drinks nightly. W/machine per wash is only 100yen and drying is free. It is near to shops, McDonald’s n other local eating place.

AustraliaLocation, could access everywhere we needed to go by train. Station one was 4 minutes walk other was 10 minutes plenty of food places nearby. Microwave in dining area to heat your 711 food. Convenience stores are on just about every corner and some. It had every toiletry item available as well as PJ's and slippers. Free drinks every evening was a bonus as was breakfast. Breakfast was basic to start the day, cereal and croissants for us but there was Asian food as well. I found the Beds comfortable, room was small but was expected. We had 3 people in room beds were together so had to separate so we didn't have to climb over each other when needing to go to bathroom. Bathroom was small but that is how it is in Japan Was wheelchair friendly, had lifts

IsraelThe hotel is situated near a red district, so women walking around at night might feel uncomfortable. We had a room with 2 twin beds and a sofa, and there was barely any space to move.
I loved all the extra amenities, the staff was amazing, the entire place smelled lovely, and the hot pool on the 3rd floor was awesome.

AustraliaThe rooms were slightly smaller, but probably expected of Tokyo and we hardly spent any time at the hotel room anyway since we were exploring the whole day.
The breakfast and evening drinks were great, free drinks every evening. Also enjoyed the free facemasks and lotions available. Located close to the station which was very handy with kids. Very lively at night but not as overwhelming as Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc.

ThailandThe room is very small. So, it might hard to adjust the luggage stuff.
Breakfast, Welcome drink (with alcohol) and Hot spring are very awesome. The hotel is very close to Akabane station. Moreover, there’s a lot restaurants and shopping center around there but the location isn’t too crowded. The hotel also provided amenities kits including pajamas for free.

CanadaWe liked everything. How we wished that if only they can extend their breakfast hours till 10:30 so that we didn't have to wake up so early. But everything else was great!
The location was less than a few minutes from the station, right across Family Mart and close to Isumaru(fav restaurant).

GermanyAlthough I like these features, I felt that the room was one of the smaller rooms I've stayed in Japan so far. However, main concern for me was the hard bed (and pillow) - only one Japanese business hotel chain that starts with a T has even harder beds. Yes, there are plenty of pillows to chose from, but on a first come first serve basis and there were only other hard pillows left when I arrived. My Japanese colleagues praise the breakfast provided, and while the staff was very friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet was not so special to me (or did I miss something?).
The staff was friendly and everything was clean. I also like the idea of organic food and natural materials in the rooms. The long opening hours of the bath add comfort to the overall package of Super Hotel.
