Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Great staff and facilities. Great location. It's right next to the station, and there is a 7-11 attached to the building. Lawson and Don q are right across the street

Room was small(no space even for luggage, we kept our bags under beds) no cabinet only 2 hooks and 4 hangers.
Good location, just 5 minutes walk from Tachikawa station. Room was clean, comfortable bed and specially I liked pillows and blanket. Breakfast was tasty, in Japanese style

Just a view out the window, it was all buildings.
Location was great, two blocks from the station with countless bars,restaurants and shopping all around. Staff were friendly, the room was a bit small but Ok and facilities worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable and room temp just right. Glad we could open the window. Thanks for the stay.

Beds are not as comfortable as I expected, but they were not bad either. I wish there were rooms for families (we were 4 people but had to divide in 2 rooms).
Location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the closest JR station. Facilities are clean, elevator was always fast, check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. There are famous stores nearby. Staff is gentle.

No complaints at all.
Exceptional hotel and very affordable compared to inner Tokyo suburbs. Easy walk from station. Close to everything. Lovely, comfortable and very clean room. Friendly, welcoming and professional staff. If you’re heading to Tachikawa definitely stay here.

The bathrooms are clean and wel-maintained. The beds are reasonably comfortable and we could get extra pillows when we asked for them. It isn't far from Tachikawa station and there is a solid range of eateries nearby,

I could not find a way to call the front desk to ask for an extra pillow. Not a big deal, but a relevant phone number shouldn't be difficult to find.
The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable and although the bathroom is smaller, it looks very new and clean. It isn't far from the station.

The room was tiny, as are many places in Japan. The pillows were terrible....my husbands pillow felt like it was made of straw
The room was very clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellant and we enjoyed the fancy coffee machine.

Conveniently located near the train station, shops, and monorail. The lobby connects to 7-11 which was perfect for grabbing a quick bite. The staff was helpful at check in the rooms were clean, comfortable and modern.

While the lobby is fancy, the room was quite plain and boring. Needs some decorating. The lighting in the room was poor. Needs more lamps. The bathroom was small.

The cups for the complimentary teas and coffee in the room are too thin and without handles. It would be easier to pick up and drink if you could provide regular tea/coffee cups with handle. There was only one electric outlet in the room, and we had to switch back and forth between the kettle and our chargers.
