We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location is only a 2 minute walk from the railway station. Breakfast buffet was delicious and generous. Staff were wonderfully efficient and helpful. Numerous selection of places to eat at the nearby railway station. We payed a little more for an upgraded 22 square metre room..

FranceThe rooms are beginning to show their age a bit (dings and chips here and there, some worn out chairs). Sizes or rooms are average (that is, not generous) but two people could work side by side on the desk (better than average).
The location is very handy for the train station and stops. Car parking at the hotel is easy to access and reasonably priced. Breakfast tries to cater for all (European, Japanese and Chinese) and on the whole succeeds. A friend successfully used the gym (the hotel will lend you trainers for this. Staff try to be helpful and are generally successful. Cleaning service very good.

United States of AmericaThe interior of the room was a bit shabby. It could use an update. Most hotels I have stayed in have provided better pajamas/robe/yukata. I didn't like the robe or the buttons on it.
The location next to the train station is great. The public bath is very small with room for about four people which is fine if no one else wants to use it when you do. One night I enjoyed a relaxing bath-the bath is a nice temperature. The other night I cut my time in the bath down a lot because it was crowded and I wanted other people to have access to it.

United States of AmericaThe furniture was a bit dated, and scratched, but still very functional. I loved the size of the large wall desk. Having coffee, in addition to tea available would have been a bonus. The TV screen could have been larger.
The front desk associate who checked us in was exceptional. The tub was awesome and very relaxing. The duvet comforter was exceptional. The location can not be beaten! I would definitely return to the property.
