The room was starting to show it's age, with minor stains on walls and slightly worn down furniture. Curtains were wonky to operate.

Great staff and location, hotel room was clean and nice; everything was functional and working.

Location is only a 2 minute walk from the railway station. Breakfast buffet was delicious and generous. Staff were wonderfully efficient and helpful. Numerous selection of places to eat at the nearby railway station. We payed a little more for an upgraded 22 square metre room..

The rooms are beginning to show their age a bit (dings and chips here and there, some worn out chairs). Sizes or rooms are average (that is, not generous) but two people could work side by side on the desk (better than average).

The location is very handy for the train station and stops. Car parking at the hotel is easy to access and reasonably priced. Breakfast tries to cater for all (European, Japanese and Chinese) and on the whole succeeds. A friend successfully used the gym (the hotel will lend you trainers for this. Staff try to be helpful and are generally successful. Cleaning service very good.

Breakfast needs to include more options. Its sorted out mainly for asian food. Also you have to pay 500yen to use fineness room should be with room rate.

Central Location with many shops around with comfortable and clean room. Also stuff are friendly they try to help us much as possible.

No simple cutlery, we wanted to eat yoghurt and there wasn’t any teaspoons around. There were tea bags, but no sugar or creamer

The location is very good. We had to catch a bus to the airport and we only had to check out and walk to the bus stop, all done in less than 5 mins

Unfortunately the room was dusty, probably because of the air conditioning. After one night, there was already a thick layer of dust on my belongings.

The interior of the room was a bit shabby. It could use an update. Most hotels I have stayed in have provided better pajamas/robe/yukata. I didn't like the robe or the buttons on it.

The location next to the train station is great. The public bath is very small with room for about four people which is fine if no one else wants to use it when you do. One night I enjoyed a relaxing bath-the bath is a nice temperature. The other night I cut my time in the bath down a lot because it was crowded and I wanted other people to have access to it.

The furniture was a bit dated, and scratched, but still very functional. I loved the size of the large wall desk. Having coffee, in addition to tea available would have been a bonus. The TV screen could have been larger.

The front desk associate who checked us in was exceptional. The tub was awesome and very relaxing. The duvet comforter was exceptional. The location can not be beaten! I would definitely return to the property.

Water that came out from the shower head and sink taps were white and chalky, which was very unsettling. we felt so uncomfortable bathing and washing up in that water

super convenient location that was only 2-3 minute walk from the station, which didn’t involve any stairs/escalators

Location cannot be more convenient as it is two minutes walk from JR Mito station. Staff are helpful in general. The room size is ok but a bit aged. There is not much view from the room. Good for short stay.
