Housekeeping staffs do not clean properly. The location is packed with bars, stores and restaurants. So, the noise from oustide can be heard even in the midnight.

Location is convenient and easily accessible to shinjuku, Gaza and Shibuya areas.

The hotel is in a very good area with lots of dining options, and super close to the subway. There were free donuts each evening in the lobby.

The rooms were very dusty. There were only 2 coin dryers and 2 coin washing machines available. The laundry room was quite dusty as well.

Location was very close to a metro, plus it was tucked into a quiet backway but is seconds away from convenience stores and restaurants! Super clean and comfortable :) the black out blinds were out of this world and it was so quiet, I slept extremely well.

The windows in our room cannot be open, and there’s no aircon.. it was quite hot especially in the evening

Near the metro and there’s a lot of combi, restaurants and pharmacy nearby. They have donuts and coffee for free everyday plus u limited toiletries and pajamas are for free to use.

The room was a little small even to Tokyo standards. For one night was ok. But don't recommend for big luggages.

Room just a bit on the small side

Excellent location, in a very vibey area and a block away from a great subway station. Within walking distance of the Imperial Palace. Much to do in and around the area. Great coffee/tea station as you enter with complimentary doughnuts on offer in the early evening. Staff super helpful. An added bonus, a washer/dryer. Bed - super comfortable.

The rooms are small, which is to be expected in a city like Tokyo.

Amazing location, staff were so helpful and lovely. Sometimes they had little free donuts in reception which was a lovely touch. They offer a coffee machine and microwave there too. There was facilities to wash your clothes.

It could have been a perfect 10 if it was not for the cabinets. Our room doesnt have any cabinet to store our clothes which made it very difficult as you have to open your luggage everytime you need to change.

Location is great.. literally 2 mins walk from the mrt station. Nearby family mart, 7-11, donki, and other convenient stores

Excellent Location, super close to subway and convenience stores. Beds super comfortable, room a little on the small side but perfectly clean, . Coffee/tea station downstairs very handy and even better if you catch the doughnut hour. No problems with storing bags prior to check-in or after checkout. Front desk staff very helpful.

Perfect location. A minute walk to metro subway Ginza and Marunouchi Line. Friendly staff, a lot of restaurants near the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. There are free coffee and donuts every day for limited time.

Room was very hot and there was no way to open the window. We had a fan but after two showers in the mornings the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. We couldn’t cope with using the hairdryer so we weren’t looking our best. Also there was no view.

The best was very hard but that seems to be what most Japanese hotels have.

Great location about a 2 minute walk to the station and then < 10 mins train ride to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Heaps of restaurants in the area too. Free tea and coffee downstairs and occasionally they had delicious donuts too!

Rooms very compact so had to keep most clothes in my case under the bed.

Air-con/heating system is hotel wide so you don’t have the choice of heating vs cooling (as it will be on heating for the whole hotel during winter and vice versa).

The room was noisy because of machines running next to windows, the washing machine left my clothes smelling very bed and some ruined. We booked 2 rooms, the expensive one was the same size of the smaller and clearly older, get the cheapest, it is much better
