Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeHousekeeping staffs do not clean properly. The location is packed with bars, stores and restaurants. So, the noise from oustide can be heard even in the midnight.
Location is convenient and easily accessible to shinjuku, Gaza and Shibuya areas.

Near the metro and there’s a lot of combi, restaurants and pharmacy nearby. They have donuts and coffee for free everyday plus u limited toiletries and pajamas are for free to use.

Excellent location, in a very vibey area and a block away from a great subway station. Within walking distance of the Imperial Palace. Much to do in and around the area. Great coffee/tea station as you enter with complimentary doughnuts on offer in the early evening. Staff super helpful. An added bonus, a washer/dryer. Bed - super comfortable.

Amazing location, staff were so helpful and lovely. Sometimes they had little free donuts in reception which was a lovely touch. They offer a coffee machine and microwave there too. There was facilities to wash your clothes.

Excellent Location, super close to subway and convenience stores. Beds super comfortable, room a little on the small side but perfectly clean, . Coffee/tea station downstairs very handy and even better if you catch the doughnut hour. No problems with storing bags prior to check-in or after checkout. Front desk staff very helpful.

Great location about a 2 minute walk to the station and then < 10 mins train ride to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Heaps of restaurants in the area too. Free tea and coffee downstairs and occasionally they had delicious donuts too!
