We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe proportion chair to desk in the room was a bit off, either the table too high or the chair too low, which meant working on my laptop was a bit uncomfortable. Luckily I did not have to work much, just a couple of hours.
Very central location, and abundant breakfast. You can leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in if you arrive early and want to explore without heavy bags.

AustraliaHowever... the hotel is very dated and needing an urgent upgrade. The room level corridor carpet are quite worn and inside the room we stayed in there were some marks of blood on the lampshade. Im sure its all fine, but not give a good feeling for a vacation.
The staff members were kind and helpful. The location is relatively good with convenient stores and eaterys around. The beds were relatively comfortable and decent sized.
