The location is a bit tricky. There are clubs with girls around the place. No blackout curtains. It's an issue for me as I am a light sleeper. Bedswere too narrow. I was lacking of bread knife and bowls. We stayed over three nights, and there was clean laundered linen uncovered on the ground floor through the days we stayed over.

It was clean and nice. I liked the bathroom and the washing machine. The capsule coffee machine was a bonus.

No lift to the 2nd floor. It's 25 minutes walk with luggage from the station. The bed frames were very dusty, so too were the coffee table and seats.

Apartment is spacious. The staff is very helpful. We went to the wrong Stay Sakura and she volunteered to walk us to the correct one and checked us in.

The spacious living room has kitchen utensils, making it suitable for long-term stays. The bath is spacious and comfortable where you can stretch your legs. The bath and toilet are separate, and the water area is very clean and tidy. Nespresso available. I was able to drink delicious coffee for free.

The vacuum doesn't work. Should have bigger glass and cups. The humidifier should be serviced as it's dirty

It's quite spacious. The management should increase the TV channels to include international shows.

When I selected our room type I chose the room that had the picture of the Sakura area specifically because we had family visiting and it looked nice, we did not get that room. if that’s not the room type I selected, then change the room picture to match accordingly. Bring your own pillows. you receive only one per bed and they are the flattest pillow known to man. Beds are not the most comfortable as they are on the harder side but the “frame” was annoying. If they paid more than $15 for that thing they paid too much. It constantly moves, the entire bed does so I recommend putting some rug matting between to hopefully slow it down, but anyway the frame is a strange foldable thing that wiggled and moved and HURT because when trying to get out of the bed you will always hit it in some way. An outlet on our side didn’t work and the hot water was very confusing to work at first. And the DOOR LOCK, OMG. The alarm went off on that thing every time. So much that the staff taught us how to open it up and reset it. The slightest bump to the door and the alarm started going off. More work than it’s worth. Lastly, the staircase is so thin and steep (idk why I didn’t expect this for japan so that’s on me, I knew better 🤦🏼‍♀️) but it’s soooo difficult with a stroller, bunch of items, and young children.

location was decent. close to a lot of places in asakusa, family mart right around the corner. *it’s about 13 min walk from nearest station*
