MaltaPillows that were put down for us were so thin I had to go hunting for more pillows. Found some and they didn’t have covers so had to use my T-shirt to cover it. Bath was confusing to use and only would give a tiny bit of water. We read the manual but still wasn’t that helpful. Soap in the upstairs bathroom would’ve been good too.
Excellent for families, spacious and clean. Lovely view of Fuji-San from the staircase. Fully equipped, washing detergent was supplied and some seasonings in the kitchen.

SingaporeThe house is dusty though. But a little cleaning should do the job to make the place a good haven. Other than this, there is nothing that is stopping us from wanting to rent this place again.
Location of the villa is excellent. Really love the place alot as it has 7-11 and Lawson nearby if we need some snacks and food. Walk to Bicycle rental stall is nearby as well.

AustraliaNot The Cube's fault, but it was almost impossible to find somewhere to eat after 6.30pm. At least if staying in Kawaguchiko for a while, cooking at home would be an option.
Good location, very easy walk to/from the station and various eateries. Excellent facilities. We particularly appreciated the washing machine and many clothes hangers. Effective air conditioning was amazing. Self check-in and keyless entry was straightforward.

AustraliaThe beds are a bit hard. There are only single and king single beds.
Spacious townhouse with Mt Fuji views, lovely natural light and under floor heating (plus split system). Very close to Kawaguchiko train station and food options. Easy to find if you have Google maps and the hosts provided clear instructions for the electronic door lock. We walked to the ropeway one afternoon and hired e-bikes another day. Very close to all the amenities you need but in a fairly low key town that has a slower pace than the main cities in Japan. My only recommendation is to make a quick getaway from Kawaguchiko train station and avoid the road that it is on because it gets very busy with tourists - literally one street back is relaxed with stunning views of Mt Fuji everywhere you go.
