The place is great! I would recommend small additions like providing a kettle, tea bags, and sugar, especially given the chilly weather.These would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests during the cold season.

The place was serene, beautiful, and just homely, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any needs or questions. The entire establishment was spotlessly clean, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene that was very reassuring. I would have wished to stay longer and soak in more of the tranquil atmosphere, but unfortunately, I had other commitments that required my attention. I really loved everything about the place. The room decor was tastefully done, adding a touch of elegance and comfort to the stay. The living room, with its cozy ambiance, was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything about DeerPark was simply delightful. It was evident that a lot of thought had gone into the design and upkeep of the property. Its well-thought-out design and meticulous attention to detail gave a sense that those behind it are not only excellent in what they do but also passionate about creating a memorable experience for their guests. From the smallest details to the overall atmosphere, DeerPark exuded a charm that left a lasting impression on me.

Brilliant hotel with a beautiful garden that smells fresh and green! Food in restaurant is stunning! Staff is super kind and attentive. Room where we stayed is not big, but clean, sheets are crystal white, bathroom is very nice. Adorable hotel where you want to spend all day long - nice and enjoyable after long safari days and long trips. Amazing place - absolutely 5 stars!

Really beautiful setting, safe, green, guarded. The hotel is lovely and very high quality furnishings, the room large and very well presented. The service and food are really exceptional, the meals are at a better than a high level restaurant in London and things were rustled up for me because I was hungry.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming the entire duration of our stay. The house is beautiful and the grounds are immaculately kept. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms clean and beds very comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood and completely relaxed in the Deerpark Oasis. Would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Nairobi!

This was an amazing stay for me and my family. The hotel is in a quiet, tranquil location, where we found rest after some serious travelling within the country. The rooms are clean and well maintained, within a great neighbourhood that is close to lots of amenities and activities. If it is not already the case, this establishment should be VERY proud of their staff. They are some of the most attentive, proactive professionals I have ever come across during my travels. The housekeeper, the chefs, the waitstaff and their supervisor Antonina were just great. They very proactively addressed our needs, going above and beyond to accommodate us (cleaning our shoes, making us packed lunches when we needed to leave early, cooking us traditional dishes off menu, offering my father in law gardening lessons 😂…). They also have a very good chef whose food is ALWAYS good. They even made a big deal about our last evening, with Antonina staying beyond end of her shift to ensure our last night at the establishment was memorable. Definitely coming back to this place.

This small hotel is just a wonderful garden oasis in a bustling city. My mother and I stayed two nights, traveling from South Africa. Everything about the hotel adds to your comfort. The staff are first rate always helpful, the beds comfortable; room spacious and pleasant; breakfast in the garden plentiful and excellent. We had one dinner there of lamb chops which was absolutely first class. Kudos to the chef. Thanks also to the excellent manger Nina and all her staff. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the feeling of staying in "a home", it was so relaxing. The house, garden, rooms are lovely. Nairobi is a busy city but you don't even feel you're in a big city when you're staying here. It's also great that you can enjoy a walk in the surroundings just outside the house. Nice breakfast. The Staff!- so nice, sweet, professional and helpful with everything from a massage to arranging safari trips. Very much contributing to the feeling of being among friends. When going back we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you Antonina & Co!

The place was true luxury. Great service, super soft white sheets on a comfortable bed. Excellent staff who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Antonina really knows how to make you feel like you are at your home away from home! I will be back with my family!
